Burger King — Restaurant in Rockingham

Hey guys, Joey Santana, Rockingham Nc customer the food was decent but the 2 times my coworker and I have visited we were shorted items, and the sweet tea is never sweetened.

Second to last visit to BK, we went thru drive thru and paid for the purchase but when we got to the pick up window the the operator couldn't find our order on her screen. She fumbled about and asked us 3 different times what we ordered then she walked over to and older gentleman who was dressed in a way that reflects management, they spoke and he began to look down again at the bags infront. We hoped he was looking for ours but 5 mins later when we flagged him down to the window he had no idea what we had as he asked. At he end of it all we wait 37 mins and both sandwiches were made wrong. We work at plastek and we're both 3 minutes late for work. They didn't put a receipt on or in our bag. Manager on duty was the older darkbrown man who wears the golf hat.

The last visit we went in to be safe and still got shorted an item. Nine piece chk. Fry. We count on that fresh meal as dinner for a 12 hr shift and we pay for it and are always kind and complementary to ur staff. Once we get to work and reach in our meal bags and find miss made sandwiches it ruins ur shift cause you count on that one meal. Do better guy's, both times the unattentive manager in a golf hat was present. We try to go when the shoulder length black haired manager works, for some reason every thing is next level food wise taste and proper orders. This all I can do when my money is spent but nothing is received in its place. It's a slap to my over worked face. I'm not the only one. It appears to be very chaotic. Good luck. You owe me my chk fry. I paid for it for crying out loud. The receipts are unledgable so there is no way of validating my claim. I still love yall though but get back...

I was not very pleased with my entire experience here this morning.. I went through drive thru and I justndont understand if I pay someone why I can not get my reciept right then because something didn't seem right .. so I wait wait get my food and kinda get pushed out if drive thru just to find out that I was correct that they had my order wrong so I had to go back through and I asked him for a refund and I give them that sandwich back that they gave me because of course they rang it up too much and they still don't give me a receipt I'm very upset and I feel like they are scamming people I highly do not recommend and the manager lady was completely hateful and just like slang the money out to me I highly do not recommend I will not be back unless I get up personal apology this was ridiculous the way to be...

Kept repeating myself at the drive thru then when I pulled around they asked me to pull up there were only two cars myself included so I went with it thinking they had enough time to at least get it right haha sure order came out the nasty attitude girl who took my order at the beginning took off a French frie which she would not even speak to me when she took my card then when I told the girl they got it wrong I had to wait longer and pay twice, missing a bag of nuggets, fries and BBQ sauce it took the girl coming to my car four times to bring me everything I was waiting on including a separate trip to bring me back my card. 🤦 This...
