Don't know why I gave it a 2! I have been going to Taco Bell for atleast 45 years. Has always been a favorite for me. However, I will have to find another. Atleast locally. I understand staffing has become an issue over the past few years but this is ridiculous! Let's start with the management. One of the new managers does NOT belong in customer service to begin with! If I go in to order, I will walk put immediately if I see her there. No wonder why they can't keep good employees. This one us the ultimate worse! On one occasion it was pretty busy and yhe entire time I was inside she was sweeping the same spot behind the register. If assistance was needed from a customer she would yell at one of the three employees taking or preparing the orders to stop what they were doing to help said customer. She was of no help at sll....to anyone. Had problems with the kiosk, she called someone to help, then the entire time they were assisting me, this manager yelled to that employee across the counter telling ger what to do. Another time I went through the drive thru. Upon checking, my order found that I was missing a couple of items. I grab my receipt and walked inside. At this time, this same manager wanted to argue with me about what I had ordered She was so convinced that I was wrong that no matter what I said, it was still gonna be wrong. Finally, one of the girls from the bacame up to assist And this manager said "I've got this" And told her to go finish what she was working on. Thank goodness this young lady Was persistent. And was able to correct my order. Without Having to go back out to my cand get the food which was already being consumed by my family. This girl does not belong in customer service. Never mind management. My 8 year old granddaughter could do a better job.

So sorry for rambling on. Orders are never correct. I am sure taco bell has standards as to how to prepare different food items. I think this location makes up their own rules as they go. Never get everything you order. There is absolutely no reason then for such incompetency. I have seen several really good caring employees work there but they don't stay long. As far as ordering on the app don't waste your time. Can't count the number of times I have done so and when got to the window had to change my Entire order because because they did not have what was needed to fulfill it. Don't bother trying to contact taco bell corporate, They do...

well i remember a time taco bell used to be a value price place to eat and u knew it was americanized mexican tex next style food with me i really didn't expect that much but u got a lot for your money

so i dropped by local taco bell for a quick meal 1 taco a little burrito drink chips about 8. chips total no salsa and 11.00 spent i could have gone to real mexican restaurant been seated unlimited chips and real salsa real meal with beans or rice been served and spent less

here i had to order on kiosk no one at front counter get my food from counter in a bag then go back to get missing food

makes you wonder what they are thinking

and all their signs say order on app

so they won't have to provide service as well

maybe i am overthinking but i am sure i could eat a real meal with fresh cooked food for less money and get great service as well

disappoints me when chain food folks forget what customer service and value is

water standing on floor i asked the lady wiping down tables she said i started two days and it's been wet the whole time i have been here

would think someone would at least try to mop it up

yea btw i am the only one here

bojangles was too full

come on chic fil a please come to our town and show the other chains...

I just had a horrible experience here. The customer service was rude before I could order. The woman says we can only do 1 order per car in a snappy voice. That's a first. Usually, it is 2. I ordered a nacho bell grande combo with a baja blast and 2 hard shell tacos. This order was not worth $16. The nacho bell grande had so much salt on the nachos that it was not edible. Lines of white salt were all over the nachos. And more salt was added to the nacho cheese sauce, which is already salty by itself. I have eaten this meal for nearly 10 years and never had it like this. Seriously, it could have really made me sick if I would have ate it. I threw them away. The food was not appealing with unripe tomatoes on the top. It barely had any meat on it. The beans on it were ok. The tacos were ok as far as taste, but the amount of ingredients in one was very slim, barely meat and cheese with lettuce. The other one was fixed right. The baja was the best part of this meal. Lesson learned checked the chips thoroughly before eating them. This has to be dangerous levels of salt. I will be disputing this...

Now this Was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant first off the food was wrong the drive thru worker refused to take my cash and told me I would have to get change and come back and when I paid with a card the food was then wrong so when I tried to tell the drive thru worker she went and got her manager and the manger said if I wanted my food fixed I would have to get out my car and come in and so then I said hell no I’m already been sitting waiting in line for 23 mins and now you want me to come in for something I didn’t do and then I was told that I needed to get out the way because I was running up their drive thru time and when I said no the manager proceeded to call the law and refused me service and then I was refunded half of my order and then I had to explain all this to the law to get the other half refunded and now I have to wait two weeks to get my $30 back because it doesn’t go back on the card immediately so it was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant the help was horrible. They refuse service, and they called the law like it was horrible

Asst Mgr. rude when asked for cup bought with meal - simply said "hold on" and walked away; snickered when advised about tables being dirty (had to wipe off one with fountain water and napkin - for True)...her behavior helps explain why flies are so bad and Taco shells not being fresh or the Nacho chips being overly salty...no managerial attention to detail or excellence in customer service - forget "Yum! 5 Star" Core Values. Not a favorable dining experience, but still share Blessings and gratitude.
