Great breakfast food, great service and great atmosphere. The folks here are always moving with a purpose (which is rare nowadays, even at my favorite places!). They consistently stock seating area needs (napkins, straws, lids, condiments, etc), I have never seen any of the slots empty. One thing for all of you cultured folk, they carry Cheerwine, and it has always been crispy. 😁. I typically get the fried chicken biscuit, home fries and a drink, but I have had sausage, country ham (for those that dont necessarily understand that colloquial reference, country ham is salty ham, city ham is sweet ham), fried bologna, le sigh, bacon egg and cheese, sausage egg and cheese, spicy chicken and honey, fried steak, fried pork chop, turkey sausage, and the sausage gravy biscuits.... I guess you could say I have had just about everything this place carries. I have liked all of it, loved most of it. My current favorite is the fried chicken biscuit, but the one I have had the most of is the sausage biscuit. Full disclosure, I have been going to Biscuitville restaurants since I could open a wrapper, and I keep going there because thebfood is good, the prices have always been reasonable, and the service has always been good - seriously, I have never had bad service. This location on 421 near Alamance Church Rd, has a very good crew, the biscuit makers window is fascinating even for someone that has watched biscuits made from scratch at home. The ingredients are locally sourced flour, buttermilk and shortening... seriously, that is it, I have watched them make them since... well, since I could open a wrapper. If you want great food, great service and a friendly customer focused atmosphere, I highly recommend you stop in and have breakfast or lunch - don't be too late though, they...

We decided to stop to get a bite to eat. We stopped one earlier in the day, but it was way too busy. Drove to another one about two hours later, which it was busy also. It felt pretty sure that the food would be excellent, which it was delicious. We ordered a fried chicken and biscuit, a country steak biscuit, and a strawberry muffin. We wanted the blueberry muffin, but they ran out of them. It was going to take 30 minutes for them to be done, and decided we didn't want to wait. The service was fast and friendly. The place was clean, and very busy. A great sign for an excellent restaurant. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the strawberry muffin. It was moist, fresh, and tasty, but you could tell there was artificial flavorings in it, in addition to the fresh strawberries. They also have doggy biscuits, which were 99 cents for six. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting great food and fast,...

I don’t know how this place doesn’t have 5/5 stars, regardless if they’ve made some mistakes on orders sometimes (which is human, I wish more people would understand this) this place has incredible service. There are a few employees I see almost every time I come through the drive thru, always kind, always complimentary, and as fast as they can be with getting food out regardless how busy it is.

My wife and I are obsessed with the Nashville spicy chicken items, she always gets the biscuit and I get the fries. 10/10 love it EVERY TIME! If they ever take this item off I’m gonna have to scour the internet and find a recipe so I can make it at home.

Service and food is nothing compared to the location in Laurinburg, they could learn a thing or two from our Rockingham location. You guys are doing...

On the way from Myrtle Beach to Winston-Salem stopped for lunch. When we saw line for Biscuitville and not a single car for Cookout- decided to try it. Stuff was super friendly and everything was really clean! Got new Meatloaf Meal and it came with home made biscuits (that they make infront of you )covered in gravy, potato-cheese casserole and Meatloaf on top. Not bad at all. Chicken biscuit was superior to Bojangles and coffee was strong! All for $16. All we needed in the middle of gray day's trip! Thank you!

Let me start by saying the score is 96 🤦🏾‍♀️ once again, I did not see the score until after we ordered. The grits were so cold they didn't melt the cheese 😩 and they were bland. We added salt, but apparently, we needed a bottle of morton 😂 the egg on the sausage biscuits were cold. The Cuban was decent but put together sloppy 🥴 sauce EVERYWHERE The owner should come order some food from their restaurant since they are allowing others to buy junk 😂 30+ dollars wasted 😒 RUN 🏃🏾‍♀️

I sure don't get it... I passed up 3 McDonald's and a Waffle House to try it. Biscuits are no better than McD's factory ones, eggs suck, grits are just, well... Grits. I left really, REALLY wishing I'd gotten me a grits bowl at Waffle House instead. Live 'n learn, reckon...
