Wendy's — Restaurant in Rockingham

We were 1 of only 2 tables in the place. Girl who took our order kept telling us items weren't avaliable. Finally managed to pick items that were. While waiting on our meals to come, a gentleman who had been waiting for drive through food came in to ask where it was. Manager snapped at him that they'd bring it out when it was ready and told him it would be 6 minutes. He replied he'd already been waiting the 10 minutes they told him after waiting 10 minutes already from the actual ordering time and asked for a refund. She snatched the receipt out of his hands as he told her the exact time he'd placed the order.. which was 21 minutes by this time. After giving him his refund and him leaving we then had to listen to her tell an employee she had no problem letting people wait. She didn't give a shit. They'd make the food when they were good and ready. Still waiting for our food... it finally comes. We all for ketchup and were told to get it at the counter. THERE WERE NO CONDIMENT CUPS AT THE COUNTER which is why we asked. I felt like she threw them at my son. We finally get to set down with our food. The fries were cold and old.. that cardboard taste and consistency they get. 2 baconators had no bacon. Drinks weren't right. No handsoap in either bathroom. & she's now openly complaining about us. A 3rd table had come in prior to us leaving. I saw 3 cars in drive through the entire time we were there. Appeared to be 5 employees in the building. No call for the crap service or food. I will NEVER go to the Rockingham...

My wife and I were just here. Not only did they not give us what we ordered, they still charged us for what we ordered which was far more than what we received. When we arrived to the window there was no greeting from either employee at window 1 or 2. We never even received a receipt for our transaction so we couldn’t file a formal complaint hence the reason I’m here. Once we made it to the second window a woman handed us our food and walked off. After having to go out of my way to ask for sauce for our meal she dropped one of the sauces and just looked at it on the pavement looked back at me and handed the remaining 2 sauce packs for our meal over. Once we arrived home to eat I realized, no straws. So not only have I been overcharged but also short handed. As a child I recall loving every trip to Wendy’s but I can’t justify spending $21 and some change for two medium #3 combos if I don’t even get the exact thing I was so excited to try. I’d rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the next town over to get Wendy’s before I ever return here. When I have to greet the employee of a business I’m paying to receive a product from because they can’t I will not spend my money there. A fast food transaction last no time at all yet they can’t even give so much as a greeting let alone make sure a few key essentials are present. I dont even know where to start to be honest, this was one of the worst Wendy's (out of all fast food restaurants) I have ever encountered. Arrived around dinner time, I understand you're busy as the drive thru was crazy long and the dining room was closed but decided to wait and give it a shot. First, the customer service is not good at all. No concern for the customer whatsoever. I get it, its Fast Food. But dang say hello or have an exit greeting especially if you are just standing around and relying on one person to do the job. Anyways, ordered food. Out of BBQ sauce, really? JBC was exactly how it sound - bread, burger, cheese, and bacon. Wheres the rest? Frosty's - where are the spoons? No napkins? What an absolute joke at this location. I enjoy Wendys but will never go to this location....ever! Should have stuck to my gut instinct and went the Burger King across the street once I saw the employees on break outside smoking and talking loud enough about previous customers complaints that the new customers arriving can hear them.
