I have been a frequent customer of this Dunkin Donuts on a nearly daily basis for over a year. Never again will I give my business to this location. After ordering a muffin and ice coffee and paying at the window I asked if I could have a packet of butter to put on my muffin. I was informed that he needed to charge and collect an additional .25 cents per packet to add butter to my muffing after already paying. I have never felt so unvalued as a customer to have to pay for butter to add to my muffin. It may sound silly but it's an unappreciated nickle and dime charge for an already over iniflated item. I have been to other Dunkin Donuts and never had to pay for butter. Nor do I pay for sugar, cream, ketchup, salt and peppers when I order food anywhere I've ever been. So I hope the manager and owner can justify the loss of a customer for a packet of butter that most likely cost pennies. Maybe one customer doesn't matter when they show $500k in sales last year based on the Chamber of Commerce, but I will inform everyone I know to avoid this...
Read moreI went yesterday and the girl who greeted at the counter was just unpleasant in general. I ordered two bacon egg and cheese croissant sandwiches on sale for $5 and asked for one without bacon. She charged full price for both since they both weren’t with bacon. When I asked about it her response came with a lot of tone and said something like “well they don’t both have bacon, do they?” After she got the manager who tried to help and also seemed annoyed and struggled to resolve to refund me the difference. Still at no point did either of these women say sorry for the trouble or we will fix it. I said don’t worry about it and then still without saying sorry for the trouble tries to give me the difference in cash out of the tips. They told me after I repeated my order four times to drive up to the window With my coffee order. They gave me a large instead of a medium. They made it completely wrong. They were obviously rushing. I am not happy at all with my service. I am a nurse. I work very very long hours. And I needed a coffee to get me through the shift and they made it completely wrong.
