About half of time when I eat here something is out of stock, they forget an item, or something is wrong. I work very close to this Wendy's so I'm there fairly often, but it seems unlikely that this amount of error is out of the hands of the employees. Some are kind folks - one of them offered me a generous trade because I mobile ordered coffee and they were out of any sort of coffee products (8 AM on a Saturday). That one girl earns them a second star, and part of that is because I know she has to work under the horrible crab I'm about to describe.
One of the employees there (maybe the manager that there are dozens of other reviews about) is the most bitter, unkind, pathetic, and helpless tantrum-throwing losers I have ever come across in my life. I do actually feel bad for him because it's extremely obvious that he's among the most miserable and incapable hostages of the fast food industry, but it doesn't seem fair that when I say "hello?" after waiting several minutes at the drive through speaker I get a response that makes me feel like I'm being some tremendous inconvenience. I don't know if he's actually overwhelmed by the zero other cars in the drive through or whatever else he has to do while the store is empty, but he effectively communicates that if anyone says anything to him in his customer-facing job it's a tragic waste of his precious time. His default attitude is one of extreme condescension and rudeness. I would recommend offering some sort of counseling to this individual. I'm not sure what institutional benefits Wendy's offers, but it's worth pulling out all the stops before this clown flips off the wrong person and things spiral out of control. Or make it less mentally taxing to work at Wendy's, I don't know. He sounds so confused and angry all the time. Like a toddler who can't figure out a puzzle. I hope he gets the help he clearly needs.
Final note, the potato wedges are excellent, which also contributes to the two stars this places barely...
Read moreSloppy food, the female comes across with a bubbly nice voice but God forbid you ask her a question I tried three times to ask the same question and she simply kept pointing to her ear and shut the window I understood what she meant so I waited and she opened the window and said sir you need to move and I said I understand man but I'm trying to ask you a simple question and she said in a very rude and abrupt tone what do you want you have your food sir what do you possibly want I said yes I have my food but I don't have my change, the woman scarfed at me is if I had created the now forming line behind me and forgot what I ordered as well as the pill I gave her I was honest should I ordered the number three and gave you a $20 bill she asked me if I was sure it wasn't at 10:00 and I said you know considering you couldn't remember my order and I know how much money I had before I pulled up to this window yes I am sure also if I want to rip you off I would have just said I gave you $100 bill and then make you figure out slowly and methodically that oops I must have given you a 20 she reluctantly gave me my change and when I asked if people were allowed to use the bathroom after I washed someone walk in she said I don't know. It's not hard to meet the bare minimum of customer service I don't expect the person working for Wendy's is there because they are pumped to be there and they just happen to love Wendy's I understand life hits everybody hard but there are basic standards that must be met and just simple courtesy is something that I try to give out to strangers when I'm not being paid so I give her no excuse and will never return to that Wendy's because of her. Like she could care but it's just a shame I truly didn't want to give any stars but the benefit of the doubt that other employees work hard and it is not always like this again three stars if I give one to know Stars you really have to do...

First i was being rushed while giving my order, and the employee taking my order was acting like i was bothering her. i pulled up to the window i asked if thereâs syrup in the bag she said yes, i noticed they forgot my fryâs since i ordered the combo. by the time i look up to ask about my fryâs the employee was no where to be found she was in the back so i beeped my horn waited beeped again and still no one to come to the window. i ended up having to drive all the way around to the intercom again. i told her i ordered the combo she said no i didnât, i know for sure i did because i even gave a QR code ($2 off breakfast combo) and it wasnât working BECAUSE SHE DINâT PUT MY ORDER IN AS A COMBO. instead of apologizing for not hearing me she started to yell at me disrespectfully (she barely spoke english) yelling that i have to pay for the fryâs when i told her i donât mind paying for them because iâm ALREADY RUNNING LATE. To top it off i checked for my syrup in the bag while waiting for my fryâs AND SHE HAD GAVE ME A BAR B Q SAUCE NOT THE SYRUP đ¤Śđťââď¸ if i can give this Wendyâs a Zero stars i would!
