This is the first time I bought anything from this company. I have been ordering parts for our company for over 15 years and I will never order anything from this company again. My part had a lead time of one week. One week came along and nothing. I emailed and call and they told me that I will get it Tuesday of the following week. Tuesday came along and nothing. No update, no email, nothing. I had to called them and demand them to track the parts and let me know when they are expecting it. Customer service sucks. I asked for them to overnight it to me when the parts came in because it was for a rush repair and for them to help me on half of the cost (not even the full amount) because of everything that happen and the reply I got from them in an email was, No, sorry. I know things happen but when they don't care or even pretend to care and help,...

They sell used products and call them brand new surplus and no samples are offered. When you order parts, and receive used rusty parts that leak. They will not accept returns. Do not buy anything from this company.

Edit: I see the owner replied to my review that I haven''t bought anything from this company. Date 10/29/2013 Quote# 585349 Total: $1,798.50. When I asked for a samples, Mike Steward said I needed to pay 80$ each (30$/part quote price) and have to order at least 5 each, I decided to proceed with the quote and order without having to pay 400$ just for samples. This order was a complete waste, as I couldn't use the parts they shipped. They refused any sort of refund. Top it all of, their quote said 5 days ARO, it took about 6 weeks to get the parts. Complete waste of time and money.
