We were looking for a breakfast and coffee place in Cocoa Village area. We found Whistle Stop Cafe on Google and gave it a try. It is a small place with some tables inside and few outside that face the Indian River. We were there on a Sunday where the one person serving was a bit overwhelmed as it got busy and it was just her. The person cooking (I assume owner) came out to check on tables too and work the registers needed. I would say, they likely need an additional person on weekends to handle things. We ordered coffee (just OK) and cappuccino which was not prepared well and when I spoke to the owner, another one was made. It was better, but still too weak to pass for Espresso based drink. Stick to the plain coffee. The food on the other hand was quite good. My wife got the veggie egg dish which had fresh pepper, ripe tomatoes, spinich and feta in tasty scrambled eggs. The only miss was the bread as we ordered multi-graim and got white (not a big deal). I tried the fried green tomatoes with a side of bacon. The dish was a great surprised. The green tomatoes were a bit sour almost pickle like and lightly breaded, then drisled with a nice sauce. Very tasty and worth getting. The bacon consisted a few thick slices and also very good. It seems the food here is fresh and well prepared. They also offer some danishes, muffins and cookies but we did not try any. The view out to the water is relaxing. Free Street parking was available and if you have time to spare the, this is a friendly place to grab a bite.

Whistle Stop CafĂ©-1 Orange Avenue, Rockledge, FL 32955 4 Stars The Whistle Stop CafĂ© is best characterized as a very cool little nook, with an atmosphere that radiates with a fun and happy vibe. I’m glad to have finally discovered a place where the mood isn’t ruined by the cuisine. If I may offer a quick word of advice, do not allow the admittedly poor service to discourage or abstrict your abiding inclination to bask in the relaxing, pleasing, and enjoyable ambiance of the eatery. Our server, Bree, is as charming as they come. She emanates a trustworthy personality. We were the only patrons in the restaurant; perhaps in part, owing to this, Bree moved at a pace, a speed, which I can only describe as unhurried. My order consisted of two sandwiches: Ben’s Breakfast, and a Club. The breakfast sandwich is accompanied by a tasty oatmeal confection, covered in granola, and topped with sliced banana bites. The bagel was fresh, with the eggs nestled between, expertly prepared and cooked perfectly. The club sandwich was simply delightful. The bacon was crispy, and the bread was fresh, with the only downside being the appending Tostitos chips. I’m not quite sure what the thought process was regarding their inclusion in the meal. Big Boy Says, “Take your significant other to this romantic hideaway, it’s quaint.”

This is an awesome cafe! We were greeted with a smile and a hearty hello by Charity, the owner. She obviously takes pride in her establishment and cares about the experience her customers have. We enjoyed coffee and it is high test😊. Just add a bit of cream if stronger than you like. That is what I did. We also enjoyed a red velvet muffin and it was delicious. Charity offers a number of different beverages as well as a number of food items. She shared that she recently got her wine and beer license. Another plus is enjoying the view across the street. The bathroom was clean and has safety handles if that is a concern for you. There are no steps for entry and the parking is on the street. We were there on a Saturday morning and had no trouble finding parking. The whistle stop offers a water view! Please support this local cafe!

I hate to make this review but I was just in such disbelief when I left.

I’ll start off by saying this place is really such a cute little cafe. Two older couples really looked like they enjoyed their meals. I was headed to the gym and really wanted a coffee so I popped in. Never been before and always support local places in cocoa village for my coffee runs, so wanted to try something new. I can’t leave one star because I didn’t try anything so I’m trying not to completely go off my experience but I do have to share it. I ordered an iced dirty chai, which is an iced chai with a shot of espresso. On the menu the chai is $4 and there is also someone called a red eye I believe which is coffee with an espresso shot for either $4/$5.

When I went to order the woman made it seemed like I was an inconvenience from the beginning. I had asked if the chai they serve is already sweetened because that’s what I like and that’s what I’m used to. I get a snide, “no, everything WE have is organic” ok? Great. May I have simple syrup? “We don’t have that” so she sweetened it with white sugar when I requested it to be sweet. Doesn’t seem organic but ok. She then goes to pour the espresso shot into my iced chai and there wasn’t enough room, so she pours some espresso in and dumps whatever’s at the top out the cup into the sink 3x’s!!! She then fit whatever was left of espresso. So at this point I’m like ok, half the ice is gone and I’m only getting half my espresso shot. I was still honestly willing to pay and get the coffee anyway. That is until this woman turns around and say $10 dollars. I said TEN dollars, no sorry I can’t do that and thanked her anyway and walked out. I felt bad after but honestly, the customer service was horrible, and that coffee looked horrible. I have never done this in my life! I’m a millennial people pleaser. So it was just bad all...

Restaurant Name: whistle Stop Cafe

From the moment you step into the Whistle Stop, it’s clear this is no ordinary Cafe experience. The ambiance is sophisticated yet inviting, with soft lighting, comfortable seating, and an artfully designed interior that balances modernity with original charm.

The menu is a bit limited, but with a carefully curated selection of tasty dishes that highlight the presence of organic and fresh ingredients. We started with a chocolate ice coffee and a freshed squeezed lemonade, which was flavorful and fresh right from the get go to start0. Each sip was perfectly balanced, showcasing the talent for pairing simple ingredients in unexpected drinks.

For the main course, I opted for the chicken Sandwish, accompany by a "Monte Cristo Sandwish. The chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with the rich sauce complementing the natural flavor of the chicken. The Monte Carlo Sandwich, top with a well cooked and soft french toast bun were equally delightful—cooked to perfection, yet still bursting with freshness.

The service was impeccable throughout the morning. Our waiter was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and offered excellent options. It was clear that the staff takes pride in delivering top-notch hospitality.

Overall, The Whistle Stop Cafe in Rockledge FL next to the bay offers an unforgettable dining experience, where fine cuisine meets impeccable service in a relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself to a quick bite, this restaurant is sure to impress. Highly...
