Ordered a big sandwich. I asked to add bacon and I forgot to remind the person making the sandwich to take the bacon out of the microwave so I didn't get bacon.
I haven't been to a Port of Subs in a few years. I won't be back. The bread wasn't like I remember and didn't taste fresh. The lettuce was a few hours away from being slimy. The container was so full of this nasty lettuce I felt bad for asking for different lettuce. The cucumbers were also "on the edge".
Food quality is on edge and prices have never been higher. Service and employees were polite and kind.

Read moreHave always loved Port of Subs, was excited to see one open within 30min of my town. Definitely lived up to my expectation and memory of great quality meat, bread, veggies, and price. The freshly sliced meat to order, while slower than typical sandwich joints, keeps the flavor and texture you expect from fresh ingredients. Staff are new, but very friendly and eager to serve the food right. Small lobby to eat, if you care about enough tables, but very clean and well kept appearance.

Also his t-shirt is full of dog or cat hair. He is making my food with all this disgusting look. I took off and did not take my food. I will never step a foot in this place. It is a reflection of the owners that allow for such people working for them. For all I know it is the owner that is behind the counter.
