Marcos is the family favorite!! We love the pizza, either delivery or take out. The employees all seem to be in good spirits. The children love when we pickup. There is one employee in particular that is our favorite, his name is Owen. I believe he is a delivery driver however he does a little bit of everything. He is very customer friendly and my children love when he is there making pizza. They always ask him the same thing, can you do tricks? Everytime, no matter what, he always says of course I will. He gets the dough and starts throwing it up in the air and does all these cool spins for the kids. It is a huge treat to see how cool pizza making can be. Read moreThis location has recently went from great to terrible. Pick up order was not ready at promised time, had to wait at the window for 35 minutes then order was incorrect. Manager offered to make this mistake right by remaking this order to pick up at a later date and promised it would be on time and correct. Remake Order was placed and upon arrival was told by the cashier that the order had not even been started yet. Was refused when requesting a refund so asked to speak to the manager, the manager told the cashier that he was busy and did not have time to deal with us. I told the manager that if he didn’t have time to deal with us then he could deal with corporate and he looked up at me with a smirk on his face and laughed like the young punk that he is. Read moreI have had numerous deliveries to my house, but the gentleman who answered the phone for this company refused to either take my order, deliver it to my house, or connect me to the manager. I've successfully ordered and delivered to my house in the past. He said I'm outside the delivery area. I did try to get him to understand that we've had previous deliveries, but he obviously didn't want our business today. I will try to call back and get his name, but at this time, I don't have it. If existing customers are treated this way on a regular basis, then you will become unsuccessful quickly. You have no real competition, but we will no longer give you or your drivers our business.
