Very disappointed with the food. I ordered 2 Chicken Biscuits 1 Country Ham and Egg Biscuit, a Side of Sausage gravy and an order of sausage gravy biscuits. I had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes before I could even order, this was the first time I have been to this location before. I absolutely adore Martins and was so happy when they came to my town, I went around 12:00, I know they are a busy company so I was prepared to wait, But I have NEVER had to wait this long at a Martins location EVER. Once I was finally able to place my order the girl who took my order read it back exactly how I ordered it, Which was wonderful So I thought it would be right. I finally get to the window after ordering and have to wait another 15 minutes because they forgot one of my Chicken biscuits, I get home starving (mind you my daughter and husband have been waiting just as long as I have) and I unwrap my County Ham and Egg Biscuit and I swear to you the size of the ham that was on my biscuit was about as big as a quarter and looked like it had been ripped in half intentionally. That was very disappointing. I am a little upset about it but shrug it off, seeing as I am starving by now and just want to enjoy my food. They were busy and I have worked in fast food before so I get it, things happen. I then open my what is supposed to be small sausage gravy to put on my meatless biscuit and its just plain white gravy....... -_- I spent at least 45 minutes of my time waiting for good food and then after all that time my order was cold and wrong... I am truly disappointed. I didn't even get an apology for the wait when I got to...

First visit to new Martin's in Rockmart, been waiting a long time for them to open. Wish I could be giving a better first review, the place has some major hurtles to overcome in order to become as efficient and good as the one in Hiram.

First of all for a new restaurant you'd think the place would be clean. Apparently no one goes out to clean up the sitting area, and this is at 11:20am, when they're least busy.

Ordering food took a long time, I waited in line just to order over 10 minutes and I was NEXT in line. Then they got my order wrong 3 times. I ordered a small grilled chicken and cheese biscuit, they gave me a chicken sandwich, when I asked them to change it to a small grilled chicken and cheese biscuit they brought me a large grilled chicken biscuit no cheese, when I asked them for cheese and told them it was supposed to be a SMALL grilled chicken and cheese biscuit they just gave me a large again. I also ordered a small steak, egg and cheese biscuit, they got THAT wrong also but I didn't notice until I left that they didn't put the egg on it! I finally gave up and left because I was starving like a hostage.

Employees seemed nice and friendly but come on how hard is it to fix an order, it's not like I ordered a ton of food.

Guess I'll stick with Chick-fil-A next door.

What a let down for a place many people have been waiting for...

First time I've ever been to a Martins. Ordered 5 large sausage biscuits then ASKED how much extra it would be to add cheese & guy said "i dont think anything, maybe 7 cents" then he told me the total. I pulled around & did the math while waiting. It wasn't 7 cents. So when he opened the window I asked "how is it so much the guy said it was 7cents extra?"

He stared at me blankly when a female manager comes over & intercepts the problem. Telling me "he's not normally on drivethrew & its 47cents" - I said okay take it off then. She adjusts price & instead of giving me the 5 large biscuits with cheese already made - she goes and makes new ones while i wait. As in waiting the boy is standing across the counter from her laughing historically while she is hidden from my view making my food.

Instead of giving me the biscuits that were already made & apologizing for thw mistake - they instead wasted those & made new ones that i dont trust to eat. I gave them away - waste of money & ruined my first (and probably ONLY)...
