Wendy's — Restaurant in Rockton Township

This was by far the worst Wendy's trip I've ever had. We usually go to the Wendy's in Beloit WI and they're great. This one, however, was MAJORLY lacking. First we got in line in the drive thru and waited a good 5 minutes with zero movement and there were only 2 cars in front of us. So we went inside and ordered. We got our food and tried to fill our drinks. The machine wasn't working properly and sprayed soda all over and didn't dispense ice. They had no lids out that we needed. I opened my food and my order was wrong, no big deal right? I went and got it fixed. We sat down and tried to eat and literally all 3 of the meals we ordered were cold. All of them. I looked around and the restaurant was absolutely filthy. Floors, tables, doors. Everything. I went to get us napkins and everything we needed and none of it was stocked. We used our pants as napkins. I sat there drinking my drink only to get 2/3s of the way down and realize they gave me a dirty drink cup. It had black things floating in it. Everywhere. The crew behind the counter made loud inappropriate noises at each other the entire time we were there. Fake coughing on each other and all around the food they were serving. I was extremely upset with the entire trip to this Wendy's all around. Stay away...

Terrible experience. Go to the drive through and give them my order. Come to the window and three people couldn't figure out how to get the bar code for my deal through the app to work. Than they couldn't figure out tap pay using my phone and made me come inside. Came inside and had to reorder. While inside reordering, I thought I'd just order a coffee aswell since i was already waiting anyway. Order a coffee a vanilla coffee and the employee tries to had me a large orange frosty.... I told them that's not what I wanted and they than try and double charge me. The coffee was literslly 20 cents more than the dang frosted I didn't want. They give me my food and coffee and I check the food and it's ice cold. I say something and the lady gave additude but replaced the food. So recap

Tldr: Tried to go through drive through. They mare me come inside because they can't figure out how to put a phone up against their card reader. They mess up my order. Twice. And try to double charge me than give me cold food. Bad experience. Never again. All of us leaving reviews at this point deserve refunds...

I have been to this particular Wendy’s over a dozen times. The staff are extremely friendly, fun and I enjoy interacting with them. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the restaurant is what brings down my review. The one soda machine they have is one of those newer, self-serve, touch screen machines with a large number of options. This machine is consistently gross and covered with a nasty film of past patron’s fingerprints, boogers, dirt, etc. - it really grossed me out. If CSI came and did a wipe-test, you may find a dozen different peoples’ DNA on that screen. And, when you get a drink it spits the syrup out in a manner to which you’re sure to get some on your hand. When I order a burger, I always get a finger print of grease on my bun, a token mark from the individual making my sandwich that day. The lunch rush really tests the crew but even though they may seem slow, they remain positive and humorous. I enjoy this location for the people that work there but they could do a better job paying attention to detail pertaining to sandwich prep and that nasty...
