Wow what an amazing owner and company! We had just come from a wedding at the courthouse and it began to rain so we were getting creative with our photo shoot and asked if we could buy some ice cream and take photos of the couple in the shop - the owner was so gracious and gave us our ice cream for free as a gift as well as gave gifts to the couple! I was blown away by his kindness to perfect strangers! Thank you so much for making their special day memorable!

This is one of the cleanest ice cream shops ever been to. Smells like fresh baked cones. We got phish food after some awesome help from Ethan! Big shout out to Ethan helping us order and also providing a wooden spoon for the bowl of ice cream. Love how Ben and Jerry’s focuses on 100% recycled napkins and wooden spoons! Super clean, street parking, and easy to navigate store! 10/10stars

I enjoyed the ice cream, but they pretended to be committed to the environment by banning straw to reduce the impact they have on "single use" plactics. Meanwhile a basket of single use plastic spoons sat right next to the sign. I'm just asking that if you proclaim to be environmentally friendly, you really live it, not just pretend that you care because the culture is for it.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT EAT HERE!! I wish I asked for a refund. I went here on my birthday and these 2 workers gave me a 3 day old waffle bowl and then my ice cream scoops were discolored, flavorless, and old looking compared to the pint, had 0 flavor, size was as If a CHIHUAHUA scooped my ice cream … it was so tiny, not even a handful size, I spent $60 here, it was so disrespectful. They even gave me a fake birthday scoop which was the size of a Chihuahua again..😐, I don’t understand why I wasn’t able to see the ice cream before I ordered.. I can see why Ben and Jerry’s are closing worldwide, you are better off going to your local Safeway, the pints...

Free bday cone a scam i signed up weeks ago at this store for my free cone and never recieved anything so I go to store and ask for my bday cone mind you i have my state issued driver license which shows today is my bday and that doesnt matter they just wanted to charge me anyway. Had a rough day on my bday and this really would've brightened up a bad day oh well dairy queen here i come. Oh the employee that helped me said in a very sarcastic voice yells, " Have a nice day!" as i turn around and walk away. Really didnt need the extra...
