This is the worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. I have gone numerous times and have had a bad experience each time. They always manage to leave something out of order or mix something up. About two weeks ago I went through the drive thru and ordered a coffee. The girl was nice enough and my order was right. She gave me my total and I handed her a $10 bill. It was rather windy that day and she didn't close her hand in time. The bill flew out and started across the parking lot. She just watched it and went "Oops". I had to give her another $10 because I still had to pay. Luckily, the bill stopped flying away before it made it onto Rockville Pike and I was able to get out of my car after getting my coffee and grab it. This morning I went through the drive thru again ( probably my own stupidity). I ordered a large coffee and paid. The gentlemen hands me the coffee and I don't know if the lid wasn't on properly because it popped off and coffee went everywhere. All down the side of my car, all over the inside of my car, and all over me. My pants and sweater were soaked. He just goes "Oh no." and hands me FIVE napkins. He closed the window and moved onto the next order. Well, I guess the lid was just defective because every time I picked it up to clean out the cup holder it popped off and more coffer spilled. Every time it tilted slightly in the car, coffee spilled out. My car is now sticky and the seats are most likely stained. My hands and legs burn a bit but luckily nothing too serious. I have to work with coffee all over my pants which is embarrassing. Oh well, at least I smell delicious I guess.

Read moreIf I could give a negative rating I would. I visited this location on Good Friday at about 630 am , my first visit and last, to treat my team to coffee and donuts as a thank you. What an absolute mistake that turned out to be. The donuts and munchkins were beyond stale , old and inedible. I quickly contacted the store and explained what I found upon opening the containers. I was told of course no manager was available and I could leave my info , which I did . Long story short I contacted their corporate office and was contacted by the district manger who asked that I return to the location for a refund. This was 6 days later. Once I arrived I found that I was over charged by 16.00 on top of being served old stale donuts. After 40 minutes of watching video of the transaction that clearly showed every item purchased the manager refused to issue the refund that I was promised and asked where the inedible donuts were. Six days later! He was rude , verbally abusive, condescending and appeared to find the situation amusing. After all this is donuts right? Well these donuts and coffee cost 60.00. Still fighting for a refund. FYI, independently owned and operated ,corporate has a very murky policy when dealing with complaints and refunds. They leave it up to the discretion and integrity of the owners. As always buyer beware , in my opinion these food items are old and carried over from day to day due to supply issues. Dunkin’s corporate wants the money without any of the responsibility for the day to day operations of these stores....

My 1st grader wanted to gift his teacher and lunch staff some donuts. So stopped by at this place to pick some. There was a lady in front of me who ordered 7 doz donuts and the lady at the counter snapped at her for ordering that many without an advance notice .. really. She was absolutely rude and not thankful at all for the business.
When it was my turn to order I said I need one dozen donuts split into two boxes (6 each). She charges me for the donuts and then walks out of the counter to visit the restroom for a good 5 mins. Believe me there were 6 people waiting in line behind me. What is more important serving a customer or just keep them hanging. When I approached the other staff to help the rest of us .. I felt they were as if afraid to talk to this lady.
After she comes of the restroom she starts putting my donuts in one large box when I clearly asked to put them in two boxes. When I mentioned that to her she said I could do it my self and threw 2 six boxes at me. I told her she is unfit to work in a retail business with that attitude. What a HORRIBLE person. And how in the world DD doesn't look into this issue. Its HUGE .. I own a retail business and have never come across someone so rude to customers. If I were the owner would fire her immediately.
Never going to visit this DD again....
