McDonald's — Restaurant in Rockville

Honestly, if really shitty customer service, Poor attitude, Incorrect orders from staff not listening, Unprofessional attitude from the managers, and Cold slowly put together food is your thing, then this McDonald’s is right up your alley. Ask the second window drive-through girl to not forget my sauce for my nuggets(Which is a common occurrence when you’re asked to Pull up and wait in one of their spots), 100% look like she was Angry and squeezed the sauce together, so it was all over the In a pure mess IN THE BAG. Went to get everything replaced, got attitude for it. It does not matter if you’re the only person in the line, they will make you pull forward to save their wait times. Then completely forget that you’re even there in 15 to 20 minutes later you have to call the store to remind them that you’re sitting there waiting for your food. After that, you receive a bag of cold food, that Sure was 100% sitting there for the entirety of your wait time, so you go through the drive-through to get it replaced and they give you attitude. Everybody looks like they don’t wanna work there. Everybody looks like they hate their job. You even asked for a straw that they forgot to put in the bag and they roll your eyes and basically throw it out at you then slam the window in your face.

This McDonald’s honestly should’ve never opened in the first place. Everybody else...

I'm so so disappointed 😞. When I heard a McDonalds was coming to Rockville, pathetic to admit, but I was so looking forward to it. Maybe this would be a step above the BK that I've gotten food poisoning at or DQ that gets your order right and/or serves food that's edible 1% of the time. We went the day McDonalds opened, took 45 minutes to get through the drive thru, but that was expected. What we didn't expect was the order was screwed up and was a struggle to get it right, AND THAT was even forgivable being they were probably still training people, BUT what was a waste of money and unforgivable was getting home to see my burger pink inside, my fries were flopped over, soft and not fully cooked and the soda had too much syrup and tasted weird.

Opted sadly to not go there again. Thismorning I thought let's give it one last try, maybe it was a hectic day the first day. UH NO, I got the big breakfast and the eggs were rubbery, the hash brown tasted like it had been sitting out for days. The English muffin I swapped for the biscuit was so hard and stale and the sausage patty didn't taste fresh either.

The manager is extremely unprofessional and has a nasty attitude on top of handing me food that had been setting out all day! He took old cheeseburgers that had been sitting out and combined them to make two doubles then squirted ketchup all over the tops of the buns! The burgers patties were black and dry they had set out so long! This place needs better leadership and management this is not McDonald's standard practice and cutting corners because you hate your job or the customers should get the manager fired he's obviously the problem and I know more people that have had problems with him in the past and I'm sure all you that are reading this have...
