My order took over a month to ship, and communication about that delay was non-existent. (They did have a note on a couple of items that said they wouldn’t be available until Oct 27th, and I placed the order on Oct 13th, so I was okay with that and expected the order to ship sometime around the end of October).
However, by the time Oct 27th rolled around my order status was still in “awaiting fulfillment” status, and different items on the order were suddenly newly marked “out of stock.”
I waited another couple of weeks to see if they’d be able to fulfill the order, but when I hadn’t heard anything by 11/6 I reached out to them via email. No response. I filled out their contact form on their website a few days later. No response. I called their customer service line a few days later. It went to voicemail. I called back the next day, and someone finally answered and told me my order would ship on the following Monday.
The order did finally ship on Tuesday, but when I received it today there were two items missing and one substitution no one told me about. Moreover, someone has handwritten “refund” on the invoice, but my card hasn’t actually been refunded for the missing item. Writing “refund” on a piece of paper doesn’t actually magically create a refund. Lol
Overall, I’m underwhelmed by this company and its lack of customer response, let alone service.

When I contacted them about it the first time, was told that the missing item was no longer in stock and I got a refund. This time, the order form had a handwritten note that one item was not available "this year" and that I would be refunded the money but made no mention of the other 2 missing things. I liked the idea of being able to get products that are hard to find in America but waiting 3 months for an order only to find that it did not include everything I ordered is annoying. I'm buying these things for gifts and trying to find replacements this close to Christmas is always difficult and sometimes impossible. Not worth taking a chance on this...

After last year doing a pre-order and finding out the items I ordered weren't in stock when the package arrived, I have been trying to get a hold of them to make sure everything in my order would be fulfilled. I have tried Phone, Email, Messenger, Instagram and the message portal on the website. No answer. I would rather not find out something is missing by getting a handwritten note on my order when it takes them a month to get an order done.
