I have never had anyone in food service look at me like they wanted to fight until I met Gabby today. I was so taken back by it because it was over a sandwich. I came in around 2 pm to get a couple of drinks, a cake pop and sandwich for my 18 month old daughter and I. I received my order im the drive thru and went over to Walmart. The sandwich looked like it had maybe 1/2 the amount of toppings on it as it should. I’m going to be honest I’ve never had this sandwich before so I thought we will just walk over and ask if this is normal and likely get something else. We decided to walk over to the outside window and that’s where I was approached by Gabby. I simply asked if that was normal for them to look like this and Gabby was very upset. She was extremely rude and told me nothing was actually made there. I said I completely understand. I have been in food service and hospitality for 17 years. She still completely looked at my sideways and just starred at me like she was ready to fight me without saying anything. I asked her if she was ok and she did not reply so I said because it looks like you are extremely upset with me. She told me she would switch it out for whatever and I volunteered to pay the difference if there was one. I order the turkey pesto panini and received the turkey bacon breakfast sandwich. She literally tossed it towards me and closed the window while passive aggressively saying have a good day. I didn’t even realize it was the wrong sandwich until I was already back at Walmart so I decided to call the store to speak with a manager. Vick was fairly nice about it and gave me the number for the area director. I left a vm for them and have not heard back. Writing a review is something I would normally would never do but after the disrespect I received today it is absolutely not ok to let that slide. If Gabby cannot control her emotions and handle speaking with guest who is nice but has an issue then she should not directly be dealing with customers. I hope she receives some training on how to properly deal with a guest complaint and learn how to deal with expressing her...
Read moreI gave a 1 star because it doesn’t let me give them 0. Don’t visit this location in the afternoon unless you want to be “helped” by someone that seems and looks visibly annoyed that you are there. This little girl with short black hair was super rude and passive aggressive. I’ve never been to a Starbucks drive through that makes you hold their device for you to insert your card. This girl asked me to take it from her and I paused because I was confused and then with a loud aggressive tone she said TAKE IT FROM ME. My goodness. I get that we have our days or we are tired but that’s no way to talk to people especially if they aren’t being rude to you. Anyway, I won’t be returning to this location but I wanted to share my feedback so that whatever girl that was working on 1/21 7:30ish receives the proper training on good customer service that she so desperately needs....
Read moreI am so grateful for Mia, Madison, and the night crew at this location. Every time I place my mobile order I never have to wait for my drink. They always have it ready! They are so nice and attentive! I feel welcome every time I drive through, they always make my day! I look forward to getting my drink every single day because I know that it will be made right and quick. I can't say enough good things about this location and its evening crew, they are by far, the best Starbucks I've ever been to. They always go the extra mile to make sure that I'm taken care of, and I am forever, grateful for their attentiveness...
