Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Rocky Mount

I would give this Little Caesars a no star if I could. I ordered online at 7:37pm, I went to another store walked around, went thru a long check out line & my pizza on the tracker said "in oven" the whole time. I was convinced it was a glitch so I went to the store itself. There were about 8-9 people standing & sitting in there. I go in wait in line and ask about my order. She comes back & says, "It's still in the oven", so at this point it's around 8:10-8:15. So I'm thinking it's probably gonna be a bit crispy when I get it. I stand there and a whole new group of people come in. I still haven't received my order & my tracker still says "in the oven" then it changes to "your order is ready". Mind you nobody calls my name. I go to the counter and ask again about my "now ready" order. It's 8:38p. So now, I've been here for an hour. I'm told it was "alot going on, but they would figure it out". After another 10 minutes, someone comes and asks me "what my order was". Mind you this is after I have given my name multiple times & offered my order number. So I tell them, they proceed to go to the sink to wash their hands I guess to make my "ready" pizza. I nicely declined and asked for a refund. I literally was walking out of the store at 9:10p. Furious and without food. Very unhappy with this store. Needs a revamp & soon. It's always so disorganized & workers have nonchalant attitudes...

I don’t usually write reviews, but this was just absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and crazy bread. The lady who took my order was very kind, but the food was terrible. I was told it would be a 12 minute wait so I waited. 10 minutes later I went back inside to see if it was ready and it was. First they tried to give me the crazy bread without marinara so I asked for some, then was told they don’t have any…I should’ve been informed of that before I paid for the crazy bread! Someone went to the back to see if they had any and came back to hand me a cup of ice cold marinara sauce. Next, we get home to eat and the pizza was definitely not fresh. It was hard and room temperature as if it was made yesterday then left out all night. I would’ve stopped them at the cold marinara and taken my business elsewhere, but it was 9:30pm and my boyfriend and I just wanted something to eat after a long day. Don’t waste your money on this place! Just go to the one...

I went in to get the pretzel crust pizza for my wife and I. The order was placed at 5:11pm they were a little busy. I was told by the cashier it would be a 15-minute wait. I waited 20 before I went back in to receive my order. I was ignored when I first asked about my order. After approximately an additional 10 minutes wait, I was asked what my order was. I was then informed my order just went in the oven. After waiting a total of 47 minutes, I was informed that my order was just put into the oven. I requested a refund. I will not be going back to this location. The staff was highly unprofessional with their lackadaisical attitudes, No uniforms were worn, sweat pant in the kitchen prep area, hair unkempt, and not using gloves when handling ingredients or customer orders. I would strongly recommend against visiting...
