I went here to get the new cheesesteak that they are advertising and I ordered the meal at about 315 the Sunday of July 6th. And spent about $13. My order was simple just a Coke with some curly fries and some ketchup. This place looked as If There was not one customer in the place. This would make you think good service, correct? I had to repeat myself Three times at the order window and Another three times at the physical window. The young man in the window had his headset earpiece on the side of his head, facing outside the window completely just complicating his ability to hear customers. We actually had a talk about it and I asked him if it was able to flip over to the other side almost universal. He said he didn’t know. Nonetheless, I Get my order and head to My destination, the park go to open my order Only to find there is not one ketchup packet there. Then try a few fries and the fries are cold and hard and stale. I have no gripes as to the sandwich I found it delicious. I proceeded to pack it all up get back in my car and drive back to the establishment and arrive at the ordertaking intercom and tell them that the fries are stale, and a woman comes across the intercom and says that she can drop some and they will be ready in a few minutes. I say great then that young man kiss on the same intercom and proceeds to take my order out of nowhere after I explain to him that he forgot my ketchup and the fries were stale. At this point, I abandon the intercom and drive straight to the window because either this young man is on some heavy drugs or alcohol and unable to communicate or do his job or maybe he forgot to take his meds. Nonetheless, they asked me to pull up and wait for these fries and I do as I’ve probably spent another four dollars in gas just driving to their establishment and parking in their parking lot and waiting with my air-conditioning on because it’s 97° outside and this young man comes up to my window With what he considers an order of fries, but I considered to be little pieces just all little pieces I ordered curly fries. I got little pieces of curly fries which essentially just fries with these little pieces. I get two little ketchup packets absolutely blown away by the lack of customer service and competent complaint resolution. It was as if nobody was home. Not the young man who seemed almost robotic. Not a manager putting a face on the resolution. Not even a customer to be seen. I would urge anyone considering turning into this establishment just to keep going. It’s not worth the stop. Read moreI will never trust this Arby’s again. I ordered two gyros and after finishing one about twenty minutes later I had diarrhea. I called them to inform them maybe something wasn’t being properly refrigerated. The young man had a pleasant tone but told me that no one else called indicating they hadn’t any problems so of course it was my problem and I needed to get to my doctor quickly because that could be very serious. I don’t have that problem and I don’t need a young person to give me medical advice. It happened after eating THEIR product. I wanted to warn them so it didn’t have to happen to anyone else. All they had to do was throw it away and make a new batch. Apparently money is more important than peoples well being. I did mention that maybe people weren’t bothering to call because they too, would be blown off. I didn’t ask nor want anything from them. I just wanted them to realize it might be tainted and not take a chance with peoples health. I’ve only made one other complaint about a restaurant and it was the loudness of their music. As I answered the LONG questionnaire one of the known problems was that their music was to loud. They called me back and offered me coupons. I refused them. I wouldn’t trust them to respect their customers needs. There were only two other people in the restaurant. They could of accomadated me for fifteen minutes. The person I spoke to said they’re suppose to lower the music if a customer requests it. My point here is I don’t call to get free products it’s not worth my time. I do call to help correct a wrong. This was my first visit and it will be my last. To many fast food places to choose from in this area with no problems. I’ve lived here for six years with no problems with four other fast food places.
