I visited this thrift store on the 15th of this month and when I was there I was greeted with horrible customer service. A worker was organizing an aisle and of course I let them have their space and when I was grabbing something that was on the floor, they said for me to give it to her And I was like OK that’s fine but then she was talking to her coworker who was an African-American, which that worker was A bit nice. She had black hair and she was kind of nice I don’t like how the girl who told me to give her the item gave me an attitude and was talking about me to other employees. That’s just so unprofessional and very disrespectful to do and the girl Who was being rude was a girl with pink hair and black glasses I have also been reading other reviews. People been leaving reviews on that girl. seems like she has an issue with giving people nice vibes and good attitude. Instead she wants to give everybody in the store, bad attitude, except her friend and I find it quite funny how they considered their self a thrift store even though their prices are insane. Why was a relaxed jacket $30 like that brand is not even expensive at the store I’m pretty sure it cost $40 and they do not properly clean the bathrooms. There was toilet paper all over the place and I would think that it would be clean since you have to ask a worker to use the bathroom for them to enter a code but apparently not also the store is Very unorganized there was kids yelling across The store told an employee about it. They did nothing and last time I went there there was a no smoking sign outside, and I saw multiple people into the store smoke vapes, marijuana, pens, smell horrible the clothes and the people inside there since they want to be doing that inside the store. The employees never said anything to them. Even though I told them about the situation they said that they’ll take care of it, but never did and I’ve also been hearing on a Facebook group about the incident with bedbugs on clothes this is despicable. I would never sell anything with bedbugs on it. And this morning, my friend was there and she said that they were still open, and the employees were acting the same very disrespectful some more than others. Other employees are very nice but others are very disrespectful The girl with pink hair and black glasses should be held accountable for her actions for being very disrespectful to people and also following people around the store, snatching stuff...

I visited this savers this week to find some cute clothes to wear. The summer was in the women’s jeans Was just flipping through the racks, and I came across a pair of pants that had blood stains or Poop on them I really don’t know what it was. It disgusted me. It made me almost throw up like they should not be trying to sell stuff that have bodily fluids On the clothing, I think it should go in the trash if it does have that but apparently they do not care. Prices are insane here workers are very rude and it Just disgusting how those pair of pants were on the rack and how the store looks filthy I get it’s a thrift store, but the floors should not be looking brown and the place should not smell horrific stuff should also not be on the floor worker should not be rude. I had this two experience with these two girls one was African-American. One was white in the African-American. She had black hair and then the white girl had black glasses and pink hair and also another worker who was kind of rude when I was looking through the electronic section. I found this one item It was very interesting and then out of nowhere. A worker came out from the back, snatched it up and then repriced it because before it was $20 And when they bring it back out, it was $50 at this point they’re just making up random prices. They should not be considered the thrift store if they’re just gonna be putting all these high prices on items that are not worth that much. I found this Nike jacket that was very used and it was $25 make that make sense. How is that jacket gonna have discoloration peeling on it and it’s gonna be $25 this place should honestly not be open if it’s gonna be disgusting and have stuff that have Bedbugs and blood or Poop on the items I was very disgusted when I solve the review of a girl who was being very honest in saying that she saw a bedbug on one of the items here this place should have been closed this week and the next week to be thoroughly look through for any items that violate the health code and workers talking about customers like they’re not right in front of their face Why are you gonna be that disrespectful and work at a thrift store? and I just feel that so disrespectful how workers feel the need to talk about customers while they’re just shopping and minding their own business I’m definitely gonna be reporting this place to corporate and I’ll be putting a photo of the disgusting pants I found in the...

Every single time I come here, doesn’t matter the day of the week or time of the day, the same half a dozen guys are here. One always scanning books with his stupid ugly elbow scanner, the guy who waits for stuff to be brought out, the guy who mumbles and talks out loud like he’s on a reality show while he runs thru the store looking for something that was just put out. The guy who stands in the bagged toy section is the worst tho. Seems he has no life and spends all day there. If I worked here I would hate these people. I’ve been coming here years and these people come and go. They either realize they are wasting their time or they find a new store to stalk. It’s not a bad business idea but when you spend all day everyday waiting like a sitting duck it becomes a poor business plan.

I’m probably preaching to the choir because this phenomenon is occurring at most thrift stores. It’s one thing to resell stuff, but it’s another to go in these stores for hours at a time every single day waiting like a hawk. Can’t you leave even 1% of the fun for other customers?
