This is a small cozy italian restaurant in Rocky River. When we walked in the first time, it was very inviting. The owner's brother, Rich, was so nice and welcoming! By the time we were left, we were friends, hugging good bye! Our server, Denise, is exceptional..friendly, warm, thorough, bubbly, just perfect at her position and she makes you feel at home. We request her each time we come now and so should anyone reading this review. I ordered the housrmade cavatelli with blush sauce. It was so exceptional it is hard for me to order anything elsevwhen we go! The dinners come with a cup of italian wedding soup or a salad, and delicious warm bread and butter. The portions are generous. My son ordered a pizza the first visit, which he loved, and chicken parmesan the next time. His chicken parm looked wonderful and as I watched him clean his plate, his report confirmed..it was WONDERFUL! You don't ho wrong ordering tge italian wedding soup or the salad before the entree. The soup is very good with multiple little meat balls and the salad always fresh greens with a homemade dressing of your choice. I have also had the fettuccine alfredo which was absolutely perfect. I had a difficult time leaving my fork down even after I was ready to burst! The garlic bread with cheese is so delicious, being generous with the provolone cheese. My son has had the creme brulee for dessert that is an excellent choice. I never have room for dessert. The only negative is, I have a very difficult time avoiding overeating when at Bucci's Italian Restaurant. Don, the owner, is a lovely, unassuming man who did the right thing by continuing the Bucci tradition with all the original...

We met the owner tonight and he offered to give us free desserts, but we declined because we were MORE than happy to pay for everything because of the atmosphere these lovely people create. Lana was our sever and she was BEYOND kind hearted, knows the menu, and super bubbly. She is the best server that has ever waited on me by far!!!! The food has HUGE portions!! We have left overs for lunch tomorrow for sure! The food is incredible, well flavored, and the perfect Italian cruise, and don’t get me started about their desserts…. INCREDIBLE! The atmosphere was friendly, and welcoming. Everyone seemed to love what they do! Back to the owners and his family… an incredible group of people that I just met tonight but feel like I met them forever ago! We even talked about my business that is opening and Michael gave me pointers!! We stood around and spoke with them for a bit just laughing, and we didn’t even want to leave because we just had SO MUCH FUN!! Don’t even bother eating anywhere else. If you want a friendly staff that feels like family and a owner that treats you like one… look no further! You have found it here at Buccis! We will be...

Food: I usually get eggplant parmesan or lasagna. During this visit, I went with the Fettuccine Alfredo with added chicken and broccoli. Holy moly Batman...Delicious!! My friends got the lasagna and eggplant parm. They both loved it!! All of us took at least half home as they served generous portions and just as generous basket of bread and butter. Our meals came with salad and your choice of all homemade dressings. I always get a bottle of their house wine. It's a nice red blend that everyone always seems to like.
Staff. So nice! The owner, I believe, might be one of the nicest persons on earth. Always accommodating. And you can tell he chooses that same quality in his staff. They make rounds to your table, but not too many times.
Atmosphere: Small, quaint, and clean. It's a nice date night location, as well as friends looking to catch up without all the noise. It is smaller than your average restaurant, but that's what I love about it. To play It safe, I would make a reservation, as Bucci's is popular and closed on Mondays.
All in all. My husband and I love this place, the food and the people in it. You won't...
