The garlic sauce was so gross. It was actually curdled and ingredients separated so there was a big slick of oil on top. I cannot believe they were actually serving it to customers! I think it's pretty basic restaurant 101 to not serve a broken sauce. Take the hit and remake the sauce! It will cost way less than the customers you will lose because they are turned off by your curdled food.
Falafel was extremely mid at best. Definitely would not order again. The fire fries were actually fire, definitely would order again, and I loved that they offer a half and half tabbouli and hummus, both spreads were delicious. Pita chips were really good but the portion was very small. I even ordered extra but still didn't have nearly enough to get through my tub of spread, I would probably have needed to order 3 extra sides of chips to get the amount I actually wanted.
The last thing I ordered was the kids bowl, which I was also really disappointed in. It was a build your own and I got to pick the meat, veggies, and sauces. Rice was not a listed ingredient, and the item was just called Kids Bowl on Uber Eats so I really had no reason to believe there would be rice in the bowl, but when it arrived it was actually probably 80% rice with a few toppings smashed on top without any sauce.
Generally I feel like the food was a really poor value for the quality. I might go back if I'm craving...
Read moreIf you’re on the hunt for a good gyro, Pita Way in Rocky River is worth checking out. Located on Center Ridge Road, this spot caught my eye after a quick Google search while I was craving a gyro—a surprisingly rare find in Cleveland. I’m glad I stopped in because the gyro hit the spot. The staff was friendly and even suggested their Pita Way white sauce for my fries, which turned out to be a delicious addition.
The place is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the menu has something for everyone. They offer Pita Way bowls, queso pitas, wraps, and, of course, traditional pitas. You can choose from a variety of proteins, including gyro meat, dark meat chicken, white meat chicken, crispy chicken, falafel, or vegetarian options. There’s also a great selection of sides like hummus, tabbouleh, fries, rice, and plenty of toppings to customize your meal.
Overall, this is a quick, convenient, and affordable spot with good service. I’m glad I’ve found a local go-to for gyros. I’ll definitely be back to satisfy...
Read moreGood food but the portions are too small for the cost; especially a bowl. Usually a place like this gives enough food for leftovers.
For the cost of the small portions I won't be back.
They need to either lower their prices or get bigger portions for their prices.
They sprinkle thier toppings and don't give you an actual scoop. It's almost embarrassing.
For $15 I could of gone to high end Lebanese restaurant spent $5 more and had food for two days or to Dolce Wraps and had the same amount of food for $10.
I was also hoping for warm pita bread and they obviously pre-wrap their pita bread at the beginning of the day in saran wrap; again portion sized pita bread.
I understand the cost of running any business is very expensive but without repeat customers this place is gonna have a tough time in Rocky River.
Clean, need some decor on the walls.
Employees were friendly.
Best of luck. The food...
