McDonald's — Restaurant in Rocky River

my husband and I usually stop here during our route to our job and usually when management is on the site everything goes smooth and right no matter how late its but today it was one of those day we decided to go through the drive through and believe you and I personally love this location also the one in strongsville but today Rocky river really give us some cold and stale chicken nuggets when we specific as for made to order also specific to have the fries without salt such im going to give them that ,that the fries were fine ,but please those nuggets they weree garbage..thank god my husband turn around the car and took everything back even the fruits punch was watery no flavor I'm guessing to much water and not enough mix....any way thanks to one of the manager that was there she took care us quickly..I guess that is what happens when we went through the drive through since we usually go inside.... this why I'm giving a 4 start and its funny because one of our grandsons work in this particular McDonald's...exacly at the time we stop by......

This is the ‘Ritz Carlton’ of McDonalds. I live near Mckinley and 90. There are three other McDonalds closer than this location but I will drive out to this location, even in the snow, to get my ‘Quarter Pounder’ Fix. Amazingly I have run into some neighbors eating here and they said the same thing. That they won't spend their time or money at any other location. Why is it so great?

1. The employees are nice, courteous and efficient.
2. The restaurant is spotless. I don’t think I have ever seen a table that needs busing or cleaning sitting empty even at the busiest of times.
3. The management ‘works’ the dining room and interacts with the customers.
4. The food is alway prepared correctly, is hot and fresh and served with a smile. I would HIGHLY recommend that regional management use this as a model for their other doors, especially the Lorain & 150 location and the Lakewood Detroit Road location. I would strongly suggest that you avoid those locations at all cost. Those two are not even one quarter of what this place is. Continued success to all at...

Everything remotely close to the self serve drink dispensers was sticky. The floor, the counter the napkin dispenser. Old spilled soda, straw wrappers and discarded cup lids were strewn everywhere. While i was filling our drinks an employee came over and checked if the napkins were full and completely disregarded the almost dry spills and trash everywhere. When we ordered we asked for everything to be made fresh. We waited close to 10 minutes for our order which wasn't an issue because we had asked for fresh. I picked up my order went out to my car, popped a french fry in my mouth and it was barley even warm. Definitely not fresh. Now I'm puzzled what the 10 minute wait was about. I now went to the drive through and explained what happened and asked to get actual fresh fries. The manager did okay. I pulled up to the window and not exaggerating there were 5 employees standing there staring out the little window at us like we were aliens. I'm not usually one to send food back but when you're paying so much money and waiting so long I expect to get...
