You know, my husband and I have been eating at Wendy's for many years, but never had a problem til the strawberry summer salad came back out, a few days ago. First of all, I went to this Wendy's, on two separate occasions, and they told us that "They ran out of the Strawberry Summer Salads"... then they told us... "The Salad Maker Didn't Come In", and I know that's a crock of BULL!! Because I use to work for Wendy's years ago, and ANYBODY can make the salads, they have a step-by-step guide to make them in the Salad station.... Then today I decided to try their Big 🥓 Bacon Classic... and the ONLY reason I requested this sandwich was because of the ... BACON 🥓!! BUT... GUESS WHAT??!!??... THERE WAS NOOOOO BACON 🥓 ON MY SANDWICH!!! Now I know there's SUPPOSED TO BE AT LEAST 2 STRIPS OF BACON 🥓 ON THIS SANDWICH, AND IT'S ADDED INTO THE PRICE... But where this Wendy's sits, if you leave, then realized something was Missing, or Wrong it's a B.... trying to get back into their driveway to return a sandwich, or get another one with BACON 🥓 on it! 3 strikes them OUT!! I will NEVER return to this Wendy's again!!!! I'm better off waiting til I'm on 222nd and Lakeshore to buy my food, because... THEY ALWAYS GET MY ORDER RIGHT!! So... if you don't wanna check each Sandwich, Salad, Fries, and Drink order, just to find out... Something is Missing, or Wrong with your order, (In the drive-thru), and end up having to settle with WHAT EVER they give you... DON'T GO TO THIS WENDY'S!! YOU WILL GET CHARGED, BUT YOU MIGHT NOT GET IT!!!! So if you choose to go to this Wendy's, Check Out.... "WHAT" They gave you!!.. And If they get the order right at all!! Sorry Center Ridge Wendy's... You Get a Great Big ... Two Thumbs...

My items were not available, I’m guessing due to them closing the kitchen early, and the refused to refund for the items they didn’t have. Instead I was told to go into the app and refund it myself. I explained I couldn’t find a way to do it. I was then told I’d have to call… Guadalupe did not in any way shape or form try to help the situation. She proceeded to stare me down as if I was an idiot when I explained there’s no other places open can you cook something in exchanged for the missing items. Had to fight for a minute but she then agreed. At this point the rest of the food is cold as I had to fight for a good at least 10 minutes for a replacement on what the did not have. Overall it was a terrible experience. I’ve been coming to this Wendy’s for years and I don’t think I will return. The manager of the night shift of this location not sure if she’d given the real name was extremely unprofessional and lacks the problem solving skill needed for good management. I had to literally ask her if she was going to make the food or continue to just stare at me… I mean wow I’m baffled. In conclusion, my family’s dinner was inedible by the time we had gotten home from the awful experience. Guadalupe, do better. Read moreI wasn't happy with the way this Wendy's was treating customers in the drive thru! I wanted to beat the rush hour because it was before 5 when most people get out of work. I've always loved Wendy's food & don't eat out too often. I had a choice of many other places to stop for food too. When I got into the line with approx 4 cars ahead of me, it took 15 minutes just to get up closer to the window. (I'm diabetic & thought it would be quick to get my food & get home, it wasn't) I was behind a woman that had paid & was waiting for at least 8 minutes & then she had to "knock on the window before she received her food"! It was right around 4pm (EST) & when I approached the window & i said 'hello & said that the line behind me was just getting longer, what was the hold up in a drive thru"?, he told me that he just started his shift & couldn't do anything about it & closed the glass window! The young person was going all over the register board for at least 3-5 minutes before I got my change... Then he gave me my drink & I watched him get my order bagged up, which was only a burger & fries, he gave me my order & I checked it & noticed my fries were Cold but I didn't complain, like I normally would & drove away! I was thinking about all the people behind me that had been waiting awhile too. I won't go to this Wendy's again, I was treated like I was a bother! It's people like me that help pay their checks.
