I called to make an order for pick up. A lady answered the phone As I proceed to tell her what I wanted (20 pieces traditional wings ) she automatically said if your order if over $30 we will send you a link you have to pay before we will make your food I said since when did this policy start because I order all the time from this company not same location and I even order today and I paid when I came to pick up and she said “DO YOU WANT THE FOOD OR NOT “ and I said what ? What’s your name and she hung up on me First of all why are you hanging up on me I just wanted food. Not talk to an angry person that didn’t want to work If you don’t want to take phone orders. Read moreUnfortunately this is one new restaurant in the neighborhood that you can skip. From the start it was a rough visit as before I could order I had to listen to the manager lecture one of the workers on why they couldn't switch shifts with another worker because apparently even though they get paid bi-weekly, they're locked into weekly shifts that have no flexibility. So it's not a nice place to work either.
When I could finally order it took at least a half hour to get my food (one combo meal). And after all that they forgot my fries.
The food tasted fine, if a little salty. But the next day I had some intense gastrointestinal distress, to put it nicely.

Read moreThis is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. I usually always place my order at least 45 minutes before I plan to pick it up and the last two times they hadn't even started my order by the time it was supposed to be ready.
This last time I order an hour and 15 minutes before pick up and I when I arrived it said my food was ready. The manager stated that it was almost done and I was the only person waiting. During the 20 minutes I stood there 3 other orders pop up and they fill 2 of those before mine. I finally asked for a refund and the manager didn't even apologize for the wait.
