Careful placing an online order here! Placed an order this afternoon at 2:05pm to be picked up at this location and it said it would be ready by 2:25pm. When I arrived, the ladies there tell me they never received the order and were confused as to why I was there. The shorter lady(guessing she is the manager) told me that they couldn’t give me the order I was already charged for because the order never printed for them even after showing them I was already charged $7.74 for the $6.99 6inch meal deal. She just kept being dismissive and told me that the charge wouldn’t stand because the order was never received. I will be keeping tabs on that charge and if it isn’t removed because I Did NOT receive the order then I will dispute the charge with my bank. I asked for a replacement and she insisted on me taking it. Long story short the manager remade the sandwich and i left. I rarely eat subway because of this.
