Chikis — Restaurant in Rogers Park Township

well i saw a lady that put the menu at my door yesterday , took it, decided to try it today, well when i called my first question was if the food is fresh or frozen they said it was all fresh, now i make my order for a gyro, 6 buffalo chicken wings and two dessert , the food gets here and it is soo poor , 5 very old very dry microwaved wings instead of 6, rock frozen dessert, 2 oily pieces of meat in my gyro and a lot of onion. called the place to tell them about it , the owner said that he make the chicken fresh right for me!!! i work with food and i do know when the chiken is fresh or not , this one was in the fridge and was warmed up in a microwave and said all he can do is give me credit back for that one chicken missing, i said i don't want money back am calling you to let you know about what is going on in your kitchen , and he hang up on me.... it was really bad i did throw $30 out of the window, let me tell you i wouldnt have spend $4 for frozen dessert, and i certainly wouldn't spend a nickle in there if i know this, that is why they had to go put their menu all over the place cause no one would want to order from them any way. also no plastic wear no napkins, do not order from this place, bad food , really bad, old and nasty...

I ordered $30 worth of food for pickup, I went to the restaurant and it was closed, No one was inside at all, and all the lights were shut off Plus the phone number listed for them is disconnected. Now I have to wait at least 5 business days to get a refund through Grubhub. You should not be allowed to order for pickup when the restaurant isn't even open....
