7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Rogers

My mom and I are coffee conissiers and I swear we have coffee flowing through our veins. We found this cute little coffee shop next to our hotel (how convenient!!) and have been coming through the drive thru every morning. My family and I came to Arkansas from Arizona due to some sad circumstances....my grandpa died and it's affected everyone in different ways. It's been a difficult thing to get through, but the kindness from the 7Brew crew we've gotten is out of this world. When one of the baristas (Campbell) asked us how we're doing and why we're visiting the state, he proceeded to make sure we have a free drink every time we come due to our loss, which was very nice of him. Every time he took our orders he checked on us and asked how we're doing and seemed genuinely curious about our well-being (which is nice because most people just ask to make conversation but he made the effort to actually care). He even remembered our drinks when we came thru the second time. The entire 7Brew crew is wonderful, but Campbell in particular has made our stay a little better and our hearts a little less heavy.

This coffee shop is great for quick service, delicious coffee, and kindness from the baristas. If I'm ever in Arkansas again, I am definitely coming...

7 Brew

Went to 7 Brew to get a few brews…

(because we were feeling terrible, and wanted something to pick us up)

Upon arrival, I began to serenade the morning team with an extemporaneous sunrise song 🎶🎵 and they smiled and laughed. It was just the energy we all needed.

Then we met the wonderful and beautiful Aerial. Bubbly, welcoming, and kind, Aerial easily took our order from the folks in the front and back seats.

Ordering from a previously saved phone number (which brought up our stored favorite orders), we were able to place all three orders in very quickly.

Hot coffee ☕️ and specialty coffee ☕️ … Ice cold energy drinks 🥤 … Smoothies with sugarfree syrups… Blueberry muffin tops… And more!!

‘Twas my first time to drive thru the Brew, and it was both a fun and memorable experience.

What the heck has happened to this company? When it first opened they played lovely Christian music and the environment was wholesome. Now at 10:00 a.m. in the morning they're playing hard rock and you roll up to the window and the girls are wearing short shorts. It doesn't even feel professional. And it's similar trajectory is happening in the product. I ordered a cappuccino today and got back about a half of a cup of liquid and half of a cup of foam. And the liquid taste like it was shorted coffee grounds. Weak! I don't know if these are individually owned or if the original owner sold it off or what the deal is but this company is tanking in my opinion. Get your quality back up or people are going to gladly go pay the extra 50 cents for a starbucks. The extra star is for the decent customer service and...
