This place is great! So in a restaurant I look for 3 main things: taste, quality, and price. Chick-fil-A exceeds in taste and quality, and satisfies in price. Their food tastes amazing and I never hate myself and question my life choices after eating there. And for those of you saying, "McDonalds is cheaper!", the only reason you are saying that is because they have that menu which sells you E. coli and clogged arteries for the equivalent of working a minimum wage job for 10 minutes. Also, if you buy a combo at McDonalds it is the same price as a combo at Chick-fil-A! ALSO, this place gives a meal COMPLETELY FREE one day of the year when you dress up as a cow! How cool is that!? And it doesn't have to be that great of a costume! I wore a black shirt and put pieces of paper on it and put socks on my ears and they gave me a free meal! I actually felt kind of bad because I felt as though I didn't deserve it. But then I took a bite of one of those nuggets dipped in their sauce and totally would have done it a million times over. Oh and the reason why this specific Chick-fil-A gets their deserved 5 stars is because the staff are great! I can't remember their names, but there is that short girl, and that blonde girl, and that dark haired guy who just are great! Wow, I have terrible memory. I can picture their faces in my head but can't remember any distinguishing features. Oh and the managers are really nice too! Oh and they stack their ice cream so frickin high! It's almost a race against time to eat it...
Read moreChick-fil-a will always correct their mistakes even if on occasion it is beyond their own protocol. It's annoying when you clearly communicate you want a sandwich with NO PICKLES and no lettuce. Then the happy cashier at the window tells you you got what you asked for. So, trusting the info, you bite into the sandwich and discover someone poisoned the sandwich with a foul vinegar laden nasty troll tird. I've had this experience before. In some cases they put the troll tird on the sandwich and then read the special instructions. So then they take the troll tird off the sandwich as if they've done the right thing. I use the term troll tird to try and convey how foul this nastiness is to me and many people I know. Maybe this is a rare occasion for chic-fil-a, but it happens to me 50% off the time when I eat at the place. Maybe there should be a cow stepping on a troll in the back office/kitchen during training so people understand a troll tird removed from what was once a good sandwich destroys the sandwich. They did make it Wright and take me me sandwiches that were indeed troll you're free. However, I had to grove back and forth to the store. Time is money. Wear and tear on my car is money. Though worse than that, the nasty smell in my hotel room of a troll tird. Even more so is the foul experience of having bitten into a troll tird. No some of you may be offended by my description. Hopefully, more of you are laughing. More importantly, I hope you stop serving troll tirds to people who are...
Read moreSadly since Calvin had list Chick-fil-A location has steadily but surely gone slowly down hill they had the dining room open for a couple weeks at least I went by last week in the dining room was closed because of what they called a staffing shortage? I know that Chick-fil-A is a very prosperous business for owners more so than the other fast food restaurants in the area for the most part so I am slightly annoyed and frustrated as where the other customers in the store to come in expect to dine in the dining room at a Christian establishment and be told that sorry we have a staffing shortage well why don't you hire another person? There are plenty of people even with the unemployment pain so well right now that need a job and I get so frustrated hearing excuses made for poor service. that was annoying enough but the other thing I have observed if the breakfast potatoes are not sticking together and absolutely fall into tiny pieces before you can even dip them in the sauce. This is a new thing since after covid-19 I'd don't think it's covid related? of course I will still go back and hope that this situation will get better and better over time but the service is much slower than it used to be even with dining room closed and orders are getting messed up with increasing frequency according to almost all of my co-workers that go to this location so let's get those Bibles out girls and get these orders...
