After a recent visit to the grocery area of the Rogers, AR store; I was left to evaluate the lack of common sense & good judgment associated with the management & operating team of the local store. I was in the check out line of the grocery side of the Braums store. In front of me were a couple of ladies with a dog off leash. The ladies were spewing venomous comments and sarcasm about the exsperience with the store. When it was my turn to checkout, the ladies were walking out the door still acting inappropriate. I stepped to the register & the person behind the counter ask me what my problem was. I requested an explanation as I had said little to this young man. He conveyed the message that I was shaking my head in relation to the ladies with the off leash dog. I told him I had my dogs, a pair; in the car but felt it was unnecessary to bring them in the building. This back & forth conversation went on for a few minutes before I requested support from his management team. A gentleman arrived and inquired concerning my issues. The management team did convey his name but in the effort of professionalism, thats not important. I had a conversation with the management of the store concerning the behavior of the associaate. The associaate was so agitated that the manager had to request that the associaate dismiss himself from the conversation. We were getting no where. I simply told the manager that anything that was mentioned could be confirmed by his security camera and after investigation, if he felt an arrest was in order, feel free to pursue that opportunity. I was quickly rushed from the store and escorted by the manager to the parking lot. Please for heaven's sake, I love dogs far more than I care for most people. I had no issue with the pet. Braums please don't allow such an occurrence to affect the way your staff is allowed to treat your customers. In addition, Braums you are a restaurant establishment, you might want to train your management team on code violation with the arkansas department of health. Again, you have your...
Read moreBraum's is amazing. So here's the story. Braum's is a local ice cream parlor that, unlike anywhere else, has its own creamery. Their own cows. It's amazing. Their ice cream is sheer perfection. It tastes very fresh (thank you, cows) and they're constantly adding in new flavors and bringing back those seasonal favorites. In addition to the ice cream parlor, there is a fast food restaurant. I haven't eaten there because I have had a couple bites of their burger and it was o...k. It tastes like a fast food hamburger. That didn't deter me at all, however, because the ice cream is my addiction and the reason I walk into the store or pull my sweet minivan up to the drive-thru window. Their staff is also very kind and helpful, and often go out of their way to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. Whenever I've ordered milkshakes, I ask for them to make it super thick and they never disappoint. Sometimes it's 10 minutes of working the straw to get anything. YES! AND, unlike Dairy Queen, they don't throw on extra charges either. You know the ones. You don't notice it until you're driving away and you start thinking, "Wait a minute. How was that $8 for a milkshake!! OH Dag-nabbit! You got me again Dairy Queen!!" Another plus is that they have a small grocery store inside of their restaurants and it's super convenient to run in and grab whatever you're out of (instead of trekking 10 miles for a gallon of milk when the dog's in the backseat). Speaking of milk, theirs is glorious. I know. That's probably the oddest thing I've typed in a week, but I can't help myself. It actually has a creamy flavor and doesn't have that tasteless, watered down, and slightly gray color like grocery store milk. Finally, be on the lookout for their signs as they advertise the specials and quite often they have 2 for $6 ice cream tubs. Sold! All in all, Braum's is great and it's even better that it's right here in our...
Read moreHorrible. Disrespectful. Disgusting. Embarrassing. These fours words sum up this Braum's location. The bathrooms are horrendous. There's always pee in the toilet and on top of that it doesn't flush. The seat and the surrounding floor is covered in pee too. They never seem to be cleaned. If you have to use the bathroom go elsewhere; who knows how much bacteria is built up in those bathrooms. The managers should be ashamed of themselves. When you come to this Braum's location is always one of two things. 1) the lines inside are so long at times it may take up to half an hour just to get your order. 2) when you go through the drive-thru it can take just as long; and when you go up to the window they're going through bags just to figure out which one is your order. Who knows who touches the food that we customers eat and drink. If you need a job or want to work take yourself elsewhere. There's always new associates in this location its like a revolving door of people. It's not where you want to take your dreams and careers unless you want to be just depressed. I asked for the managers name and what I got was the name "Dawn." Whoever she is needs to be demoted or worse for managing such a terrible Braum's location. I recommend you don't use your time nor money at this Braum's you're just wasting oxygen being at...
