This was my second time here. My original experience was pretty horrible, but my friends decided to go there and I was outvoted. We were welcomed promptly and was seated rather quickly for the amount of people that were there. Our server came to greet us and take our drink order without waiting long. She also informed us that the queso was free at the bar, if we went to get it ourselves. We took some time exploring the menu as our friend retrieved the queso. The server checked on us a couple times while we decided and took our order. Once the queso was gone, it was my turn to get more. Unfortunately, free queso ends at 7pm, a fact our waitress failed to mention. I returned to the table and our orders had came out. Everyone's food was good and well presented. However, our server wasn't as attentive after we got our food, the refill on drinks were a bit delayed. The temperature was pretty good, but the food got cool really quickly. Overall, it was a much better experience than my first experience, but I still wasn't impressed by any means. I know this is a popular spot for many people, and I'm a bit jaded, but it's still not my favorite or a go to.

Cool Restaurant. My husband and I had the Chuychanga, but we substituted ground beef for chicken and had queso as the sauce. It was excellent. My daughter had the cheese enchiladas and said they were excellent as well. We also had the guacamole dip. It was very fresh. They make their own tortillas and you can tell, they are delicious. They have multiple dining rooms. We sat in the one with giant bamboo and palms. There is another with the ceiling covered in hubcaps and a chandelier room. There’s also a bar, and a room where a lady was making fresh tortillas. The front door handle was a taco, which I thought was unique. In the front you can buy t- shirts as souvenirs. They offer five types of sauce and describe each on the menu so you know how spicy each is before you order. The free salsa has a kick. It is more like a spicy pico de gallo. The menu is limited compared to other mexican restaurants. For example they don’t serve tamales or chile rellenos. But the food was excellent, and the atmosphere was unique so I highly recommend Chuy’s.

We’re huge Chuy’s fans & stop at them all over the United States. It’s 100% Tex Mex, so if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food or don’t care for Tex Mex, Chuy’s won’t be for you. We don’t love everything on their menu, but the cheese enchiladas covered in chili con carne are our go to (have to get the chili con carne over the enchiladas in our opinion). The “salsa” that comes out with the chips is a fresh Pico style (which I love, however a lot of people don’t). They have several sauces that you can try a sample of for free before choosing one for your order. Guac is pretty good (we squeeze some extra lime juice over it). Queso is delish. Service is usually really good at all the locations we’ve been to. You can bring a cute (any size) framed photo of your dog for them to hang on the wall & get a free appetizer (guac & queso are both options for free). I wish they had draft beer instead of only bottled, but not a huge deal. 👍🏼

I visited Chuy's like I have probably a dozen times in the past. The food there is good but, the service was horrendous this time and I will take my service elsewhere as I suggest you do.

We came in at 2030 and they close at 2200, an hour and a half before close, so I don't see that being a valid excuse. To begin with we were set with a blond waitress named Kylie. Kylie rolled her eyes multiple times and huffed throughout taking our order. This was annoying, but hey maybe she's having a bad night I thought. It took more than 10 minutes to get drinks after ordering, honestly no biggie if that were the only issue. Our queso came out and we needed a spoon to dole out the queso into smaller bowls as not everyone could reach it, we asked for said spoon, another eye roll and Kylie walks away, though she never came back with a spoon. We ordered the fajitas as we usually do. The fajitas came out and we asked for silverware because we've been there for 30 minutes now and still havent gotten it. Also, because the fajitas take up some space on the table, my wife picked up some of the trash and extra dishes on the table and handed that to the Kylie, which made her huff again and walk away, clearly upset. Several minutes later she comes back with the silverware and TOSSES it on the table. My wife and I eat two fajitas each, at which point we are out of tortillas, because they typically bring you out fresh tortillas throughout the meal. I waited another 15 minutes of not seeing my server to go to the hostess and ask for more tortillas to finish my meal. She's clearly frustrated, but she does go and grab me some to-go tortillas and tosses those on the table without a word. In the middle of making my next fajita, probably 1 minute later Kylie is back, and asking if I would like a to-go box. It is 2124 and I'm finally eating again at this point, but sure, point taken, you were done working well before I came in and you're ready for us to leave. So I get the box and leave after paying.

So if you enjoy no refills, silverware, napkins or anything that resembles customer service with your meal, I suggest you go to Chuys and...

Absolutely awful. Our server “River” should consider a new career. We waited at least 5 minutes from the time she brought chips and salsa before she brought any waters or asked for a drink order. We requested more salsa and she only brought half the table new salsa. She scarcely came to the table and almost always had to be flagged down. An hour later, when we finally got our food, my “chuychonga” was doughy and not fully cooked. Everyone else had already finished their meals before she came back to check on the table and when I told her my food was disgusting and I did not want it she blankly stared at me and said “what’s wrong with it”. After an addition 5-10 minutes she came back and said “we were able to take that off your bill for you” ..mind you we did not eat it and it was undercooked, so obviously I’m not going to pay for that. No apology was ever given. Then after we got our bills, we inquired about the children's desert (as it’s included with the children's meal and we didn’t receive one). She advised they were out of the children's desert but advised “we’re substituting it with the churros”. We said that’s fine we’ll just take it to go. Well then she took her average 5-10 minutes to come back or even be seen to flag down, so in that time we payed our bills online using the QR code on the receipt. She returned to the table and requested our bills back to change them. I advised her we already payed and she asked if we wanted to start a new tab. Confused, we asked for what and she elaborated for the desert. Mind you, the children’s meal (which we purchased) comes with a desert, we did not receive one, we were never informed they were out, and she said they were “offering the churros as a substitute” then tried to charge us for it. Not to mention we all ran out of water on multiple occasions and we had to set our trash / plates on a separate table because she would not clear a single thing. Absolute...

Emptied a Chicka-Chicka Boom-Boom at Chuy's in Roger's, AR. I have been coming here since open periodically, and I even worked here for a summer. They have been definitely down sizing. I loved getting a Chuy's brew. I reached out to an old fellow coworker from Chuy's, and he agreed its definitely smaller.

The hostest Hailey was very rude. I came in on a Sunday afternoon alone, leaving the wife and daughter in the vehicle because I figured we will have to wait. I asked for a table for 2 and a high chair for my not even 2 year old. I was taken to a booth to then call my wife that we had a table. Before I could make sure and ask the hostest Hailey for the high chair again, she ran off. Ok. Fine, I can handle that. Got myself a high chair for it was busy and wife and daughter came in. Daughter was being fussy, as children tend to be at time, so we had her sit in our lap til she adjusted to the environment. Hailey come and says we can't have a high chair and runs off with it. It was so quick that I was unsure what happened.

I ask my waitress if we can have a high chair, she said yes and brought us one then we saw the hosting talk to an employee running food whom then saw fit to take the chair again. Claim is it blocks a fire exit. Which my though it that you can easily erase go around unless you are a 600 lb person in to which the adjacent table is just as much as a fire hazard by the terms spoken to me. If this is true, I did say 2 with high chair from the beginning.

Waitress has good. Even brought me a refill when needed without asking. Was kind and helpful. She ID me which was the right thing to do. Got her 20% and some.

Woud be 2 star if it wasn't for the waitress. Food tastes good, but quantity ( bang for you buck aka value) and general service has been going...
