Hi I already submitted this information to the corporate website at Jimmy John’s. I participated in the toasted Tuesday promo. I ordered at 7:00 AM for pick up at 8:15 PM. When ordering the price came to 0 dollars and no need to enter the promo code to get the free sandwich. I arrived to pick up the sandwich at 8:45 PM and was told the upper brass told the staff to void any 0 dollar sandwiches. Probably not the greatest experience due to driving in a winters mix to get the answer I received. I’m not sure after numerous days that I have not had an owner response. Who knows maybe I might just go away? Communication is always a good thing. It is now a few weeks and I still have I have not had any response from the owner. Just looking for some type of response! Read morei'm not usually one to write reviews but this is seriously becoming an annoying problem. the last 4 times i've ordered through the drive thru, it's super muffled coming out and no one can even hear me ordering on their end. and don't worry i speak quite loud, im italian. and with that issue, my order has gotten mixed up the last four times for a #16 and not a #6 which was what it was supposed to be. which then i've been getting overcharged for a sandwich that i didn't order. the fact that this has happened as many times as it has leads me to know that it's not an employee issue, but it needs to be fixed because miscommunication with ordering is clearly happening and i'm going to assume this has also happened to multiple people. please get the microphone in the drive thru FIXED so i can stop receiving meat on my vegetarian...
