Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Rogers

BEST FRIENDLIEST Papa Murphy's I have ever been to. My first time stopping there was the night before Thanksgiving I was expecting what I had always encountered at the Elk River one (chaos, attitude, and A LONG LINE) but surprisingly my experience was much different. There was a small line but it moved quickly and staff were in a great mood and nice also telling jokes. Everyone in line and waiting were in great moods thanks to the upbeat of the staff. I remember leaving with 4 pizzas, bread sticks, and cookie dough and before I could get to the door 2 people ran to open it for me and I thought if this had been another location were things were hectic and people were aggravated would anyone have helped me?? At first I thought it was the holiday season but the more I thought about how stressed I was when I first got there to how relaxed I was when I left I finally starting doing the math. All this from a pizza place, easy to say in my already chaotic world I will be going back to Papa Murphy's in Rogers for an EASY FRIENDLY CALMING experience! Thanks guys and keep up the awesome work! Went in to the store and wanted a heart shape pizza, but not just pepperoni. Asked if we could pay extra for additional toppings, was told that was ok. We ended up paying full price for a large signature pizza only to make it heart shape, instead of the $12 special. While the pizza was being made either the owner or manager walked out from the back and saw the pizza being made. He then proceeded to tell us (the customers) that the workers really shouldn’t be doing special orders like that. Again without talking to his employees about what transpired or coaching the employees privately and in a more professional manner he decided to scold us, the customers, after we specifically asked if that was ok and we would pay whatever it cost. We have been loyal customers to this papa Murphy’s for years but not after...

Ordered two NY style pizzas. Asked for extra cheese, because they don’t put enough on. Was told they’re $7.00 pizzas, Inferring I shouldn’t ask for more because they’re cheap. I said I’d gladly pay for the extra cheese, but she said it’s a rule to not put extra cheese on those pizzas. I replied, as an owner I would think you’d want to make more money. She eventually gave me more cheese and I did pay for it...but instead of putting it on my pizza she wrapped it in plastic wrap for me to put on later. We’ve ordered these in the past and received the same service, but not to the extent I did today. I should’ve walked out. She also informed me that if it was busy they wouldn’t be able to approve my request. I guess customer service isn’t a thing at Papa Murphy’s these days. I’ll take my...
