June 27, 2020: We ate here for lunch 1:00 pm. The place was not very busy at all, which we were thankful for. First, it took forever to get our food, about an hour. That is a long time to wait for 2 burgers and some soggy fries. I ordered the Midnight burger, which I've ordered in the past. They must have a new chef, bc he certainly doesn't have the same skill set as whomever made my prior hamburgers. The burger had way too much cheese on it & the onion was soggy and mushy & not enough jam on it, just a smear on the bun. The patty was over cooked for how I ordered it, & almost appeared like a patty from a fast food restaurant. Then, the wait staff were very sloppy w/ the COVID rules. The staff kept pulling their masks down while walking about & pulling them up only when approaching a table. The same girl who was clearing tables (touching multiple used plates, baskets, glasses, silverware, used cloth napkins), was the same girl who brought our food to us. I did not see her wash her hands between tasks. Another girl asked if she could refill my drink, I asked for a water instead. I watched as she grabbed my glass & took it with her, then, hopefully she grabbed a new glass as she shoved the glass into the ice to fill to fill it. Then used a hand held wand to fill my water up (no one was sanitizing the wand, the guy at the bar kept using it over & over while touching everything like credit cards, and other people's glasses ... cross contamination anyone?). Then, the girl stuck her hand into a container that had unwrapped straws (w/ her bare grubby hands) & picked up a straw & stuck it in the glass & walked back over to me. I couldn't touch that glass for anything & I was dying of thirst. I waited until we got to the car before I took a sip of water. Their only public bathroom is upstairs, fine if you want to walk a huge flight of stairs, otherwise you'll have to get on their elevator. Glad I brought disinfectant wipes along in the car to clean up with. I was very uncomfortable in this environment, because the staff were so careless w/ the most rudimentary sanitation measures. We so regret our stop here, couldn't get out fast enough. *** (below is the 5 star review I left 10 mo. ago) I enjoyed the fact that there were NOT a bunch of uncontrollable small children kicking the back of my chair, screaming, and running around. People under 21 are not allowed here after 3pm - which is published clearly on their door and website. Every restaurant allows families, finally a restaurant that caters to people who want to get away from children and enjoy adult time. I thought the music on the televisions was a fun and quirky touch. I happed to like 70's and 80's music best, and several of those songs played, but so did more modern music. In general, I thought the music was geared towards what most people would generally like. This is not a country music ho-down kind of place at all - you won't find country decor or music. If that is what you're looking for, try most any other restaurant in the area. The vibe is chic, hip, industrial, modern, and minimalist. If you do not like the music, sit out on their huge patio or up on their balcony - so the music isn't as pronounced for you. The star of the whole show here is the food - most of the burgers are exotic and I look forward to trying several others in the near future! Come hungry, and be prepared for your taste buds to be WOWED (if you order an exotic burger, which is mostly what is on their menu).

Opened in the Spring of 2018, the destination eatery features incredible exposed steel beams, and large expanses of glass windows. I love the juxtaposition of the music videos playing in the background. There is even a two story garage door that opens up to the modern outdoor patio. The patio features a massive, 40ft concrete fireplace aptly named Elvis. The building’s shape and color, extensive patio make it and incredible place to see the sunset. The piece de resistence is the bar’s suspended keg cooler and the insulated beer delivery system supplying the 80 taps. It is important to note that SOT is 21+ after 3pm. I’m not usually a burger person but let me tell you, the Sinatra… Wow. This Italian beauty comes with mozzarella, roasted tomato, arugula, balsamic glaze, basil and garlic aioli (I got it with the Impossible Burger). Pro tip: Get the Tin Can Nachos. Presented in a colossal tin can, all the deliciousness spill out on the platter as your server lifts the can, exposing the layers of house fried tortilla chips, queso sauce, jack and cheddar cheese, peppers and onions, jalapenos, cilantro, sour cream, pico de gallo and salsa roja.

This restaurant had a very wide open and airy vibe. There’s a lot of natural light and the patio space is more of an indoor outdoor vibe so if it’s raining, you can still get that outside feel. The patio chairs are also sized inclusive! The menu is large, but not too large and you can choose between personal serving sizes and more of a shareable serving size which I thought was convenient and the food is Out of this world! We got boneless wings. The breading isn’t that dense crunchy breading that you would expect from a typical boneless wing, it’s like a chunk of good chicken with a light breading and flavorful sauce. It was delicious! We decided on Korean barbecue and Parmesan garlic , and loved them both equally. We also got the maple bacon sweet potato fries, and it came with a spicy dipping sauce, which was delicious and the man next to me had an Elvis burger and the look on his face after he bit into that burger enticed me to ask him what burger that was because he was absolutely blown away by that burger! The service was great. The prices are completely fair. I would be willing to say it’s one of my favorite places to go in the area!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was on the phone with my wife at 7:35 PM central standard time which is 8:35 PM Eastern standard time. My wife said I will talk to you later as I was walking into the restaurant. I walked into the restaurant asked if I can sit anywhere and the young lady said if you want to sit at a booth, you will have to be seated, but you can sit anywhere at the bar. I said I’d rather sit in a booth the hostess then appointed me to another young lady, who escorted me outside where I wanted to Sit. When I got outside, the young lady gave me a menu and a beer menu. As I was sitting there, waiting for someone to greet me, ask if I wanted anything if I was OK if I’m ready to order or do I want to drink I’ve watched several waitresses pass me and directly adjacent to me to my left no more than 5 to 6 feet there was another family and I watch the same waitress go back-and-forth Asking this family if they needed help while I sat there and nobody even acknowledge I was even there. I didn’t look down in my phone and realize it was 30 minutes before I just got fed up and walked out. I was so hurt and felt so disrespected That I end up calling my wife and ask my wife what should I do? She said go inside and tell the manager. So I walked back inside. I asked to speak to a manager at the front hostess. There was no one around. Someone stopped and said what’s the issue and I said I’ve been waiting for 30+ minutes outside for someone to even greet me. I didn’t have a drink. Nobody checked on me and I watch several waitresses go in and out in the back and no one said anything to me and the only thing he said was, I’m so sorry . He didn’t say let me get a manager and see what we can do or anything like that he just said I’m sorry. I then just walked out and I’m going to chipotle after all the reviews I’ve heard about this place I am utterly disappointment and feel completely railroaded on this type of service I received I will never ever give them my money or recommend anyone going to...

The food is always good. But the service today left a lot to be desired.

We came with a group on a Sunday. The place was mostly empty, maybe at 30% capacity. We were seated right away and the waitress took our orders. At some point she was gone and we got a waiter in her place. We had to ask for a red wine three times. A member of our party ordered a burger with no cheese and it arrived with cheese. He had to wait for a remake. Someone ordered shrimp tacos, and she got beef. Again, she had to wait for a remake. Another member of our party had to wait a long time just to ask for a beer. The waiter was confused and seemed a bit aloof. He didn’t check on us much either, if at all. There were other items that were missing which we had to go and ask the waiter for, and again we had to wave him down because he wasn’t coming around enough. There were some errors on the bill which were corrected, but it just made all the fumbling around worse. I’d understand if it would have been packed, but even when we left the place was barely busy. After leaving I realized that asking for light ice on $4 drink incurs a $2 fee, which I wasn’t made aware of.

I didn’t want to make a fuss, and so I didn’t bother approaching a manager, but our checks should have been discounted.

We like this place, so this is a...
