Subway — Restaurant in Rogers

A smile goes a long way. To begin - I work across the street and come here often. The first few times I came here, I thought maybe the staff was having a bad day, or 3. Without any eye contact or even the slightest smile, they robotically rehearsed “cheese? Toasted? Veggies.” And slide your sandwich on down to the cash register. Now, I am not hard to please and worked in the restaurant industry for years. Today, my coworker and I came in to enjoy our favorite sandwich and I must share our once again unwelcoming experience. As we walked in, not to our surprise was the same two girls who I probably couldn’t pay to receive a simple “hello, welcome to subway” or even a smile at that. Instead, we got the typical stare as if we should just tell them our order. Her and her sidekick Work hand in hand together. Both giving eye rolls after an elderly customer orderd her and her 3 grandkids meals, she had then asked them for her receipt. The blonde and brunette on the veggie line couldn’t have been any more rude. Ignoring her, the other young lady who was working the register silently printed her receipt and held it out for the sweet customer to grab. My coworkers and I have came here over a dozen of times in the 6 months and the customer service is nothing less of horrible! These teens would be fired if there was any sort of management around.

Oh, and don’t bother asking for a napkin. God forbid you don’t use your work pants to wipe the mayo off your hands. They act as if you just asked for a free meal. It’s unbelievable. Again, I want to stress that we are not hard to please. The negative attitudes affected every single customer today as we ate at our normal spot and watched the line of happy costumers turn irritated and shocked as they walked out the door. We will be taking our business to the subway in St. Michael...

HEALTH DEPARTMENT should be inspecting this place. The cross contamination is mind blowing. Do not place an online order. We waited over an hour as they do not make online orders unless there are no customers in line. I ordered double meat and didn't get it, given wrong bread, RAW bacon on 2 sandwiches, and then the sandwich maker swore at my daughter and the other employee mocked my daughter and berated her in front of other customers just because my daughter was concerned about the first hot sandwich they made for the order sitting for over an hour and being ice cold. The employee that swore at my daughter grabbed the sandwich and 4 cookies that were in the bag and slammed them into the garbage. The staff are beyond obnoxious and ridiculous. We deserve to get a full refund for how they behaved and treated us...not to mention the issues with all 3 sandwiches being quite concerning. I paid online and wasn't given a refund. I called later and asked for the managers phone number and the employee that mocked my daughter played a lot of games over the phone and finally said she no longer seems to have her managers phone number and she hung up on me. There is zero chance of patronizing this Subway...

Was in here on 11/7 for sandwiches for myself, kids and husband. Nothing crazy, just Italian bmt and clubs. The 2 people working seemed so unhappy to even be there. Asking them to add toppings and make my sandwiches made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They wouldn't get new gloves on between customers, so their gloves were slimy and disgusting. I had to ask for my sandwich toasted multiple times because I'm pregnant and my food has to be cooked. The girl doing my sandwich initially was very rude and couldn't seem to remember anything that I told her. Her coworker fumbled around with the mayo containers and stuff was flying everywhere. Instead of just getting a full bottle he milked out every last drop of the bottle by beating it onto the counter several times. Checkout was a nightmare and the guy was going to grab my cookies with his nasty sandwich gloves until I asked him to use the tongs. This place was a hot mess. I was going to dine in with the kids, but we ended up eating our good in the car because of how rude and unhygienic it was. Worst Subway I've...
