Stopped in to check out their cbd options only to be very, VERY disappointed. Apparently the employees were talking amoung themselves and seemed annoyed by our presence. I asked about cbd options and was told the ONLY cbd options were "right here" in this small case. I asked if they had a water soluable cbd and the lady repeated in a sarcastic voice, "THE ONLY CBD'S WE CARRY ARE RIGHT HERE IN THIS CASE!" I looked at my son and said let's go and we left. Obviously, she couldn't answer the question so she knows absolutely nothing about the products they carry in this store. I will not be coming back. Her customer service sucked so badly, so we left so she could go back to cutting up with the guys which is exactly where she wanted to be. Unbelieveable... Considering the competition on Roland, you would think it to be smart to not alienate all potential customers. I can't believe the absolutely insane selection at this place. If there is something you need they most definitely have it and they most definitely will help you find it or show you somewhere else to get it! They all are super smart and can answer anything and won't hesitate to figure it out either and I haven't ever had a bad time here!

Came in looking to get a good vape suitable for work, not to sure what I was after... well there's this flamboyant pre-teen that has no idea about these devices.... that didn't bother me too bad.. just figured somebody would have trained her, I could be wrong though. So I went ahead and helped myself decide on a device, payed got my receipt and left. I was not satisfied with my device so I brought it, my receipt and everything along with it back to the store within the hour... let alone the "14 days" for their warranty and whoever calls the shots refused to exchange my device for a different one!
