Absolutely fantastic. I've wanted to write a review for this place for some time and really anyone in Roland should try this place out. I eat here at least once a week, more if I'm able. I've gotten a few different things on the menu and I haven't had something I didn't like. The fried rice is a fantastic deal and two people can share it easily. The lo mein is very good. The volcano and cashew chicken are big favorites. The curry is really good too! If so had to make a suggestion it would be the chicken pad Thai, lots of noodles in a peanut-y sauce with chicken, egg, peanuts, green onion, and lemon wedge to squeeze over the top. It's suggested to call ahead of time, the staff is very small so they're doing the best they can. The owner is a great guy and they've never messed my order up once. Proprietor's wife is an excellent cook. Shrimp fried rice excellent with large perfectly cooked and abundant shrimp. Volcano Chicken great. Beef curry delicious but could be made with a higher premium cut of beef. Chicken and pork non-fried dishes are tasty with the chicken and pork apparently grilled before the wok which gave them a good taste and consistency....

Rode up on bicycle at 10:58 (opens at 11) on a hot morning and ask through the door to see a menu - they wouldn't open early fine, I get it.
