Hardee's — Restaurant in Rolesville

If I could give 0 stars or negative stars I would. Place was empty inside and one car in the drive thru. That should've been the tip off there to leave. We put our order in and were told to pull up. There's a truck behind us by then and they were informed to stay behind us. 10 minutes go by...and nothing. Hubby looks at the time and says 10 more minutes and then he's going in. Well 10 more minutes go by and he goes inside to ask our money back. There were 5 or so people in there, taking their sweet time making it look like they were busy but not. He came out asking for a receipt that we weren't given and I told him we hadn't been given one 🤷‍♀️ so he went back inside. The manager lady did end up refunding us but had to shout at the others to STOP making our food...20 MINUTES LATER. hadn't even started making our food. extreme lack of making the customer aware that they didn't have certain things available and/or being out or having to make things from scratch and asking if it would be okay to wait. I love Hardee's but I will not ever go to this location again. First and last time. Arby's gives better...

Evertime Ive been here it is always messed up, not only through the drive through but when I go inside..I say no pickles..But there they are 4 out of 5 times..I've gotten 3 cheeseburgers in the last month where twice there were 2 tops of the bread and one time 2 bottoms..Always check before you leave because something will always either be wrong either cold fries ,sometimes they have forgotten to even give me the fries..Over all terrible..I always go back for more..Thinking maybe they've changed or hired some one different that has made it right..Stupid me for sure..But Mcdonalds right down the road is really not much different I just dont like the cheapness of the flavors is the main thing..gross stuff indeed..So I may try Hardees once more here ,,Will try burger king but there a little farther away..But It just may be worth it..Good luck to all...

This is my 3rd attempt to eat at the Hardee’s on S. Main St in Rolesville. All 3 have been so unacceptable. The burgers were cold and obviously old. The bun was just as cold as the burger. The visit today I tried a hot ham and cheese and it was so bad. The meat was in a pile in the middle of the bun. I actually got 3 or 4 bites with ham or cheese in them. The French fries were limp and cold. The drive through employee was friendly but took forever to get my food. I was the only customer in the drive throw. No customers inside the restaurant either. I have always enjoyed the food at Hardee’s. I will never return to your location in Rolesville and I live only about 2 miles away. If you expect to have customers use your restaurant you need to do better quality control and train your employees to prepare the food as if they were going to eat...
