This is the second time that a manager has been rude to me at this location two different managers. It takes a lot to upset me I am not the type of person who does a lot of complaining or the let me speak to your manager type of person on both occasions the only reason I even requested to speak to the manager was because I had questions that I mistakenly thought that a manager would better be able to assist with. first time I had a question about a particular deal that one other McDonald's was offering to see if they were offering the same thing I was hung up on call back and ask to speak to the manager and the person who had just hung up on me tells me that they are the manager and continue to be extremely rude to me and hung up on me for a second time. Today done it in for me with this location... I downloaded the McDonald's app for the first time today place my order and went to pick it up the app prompted me to check in when I arrived at the McDonald's so I checked in it then told me that it looks like I was not there and to try to check in again when I arrived or if I was there and still having trouble to let a crew member know and to show them my order coded I tried a few more times to check in with no results so I then called inside the store and asked the person who answered the phone what I was supposed to do now and tried to read them what the app was telling me to do if I was having problems they informed me that they can't help me with anything on the online app and did not even give me a chance to tell them that I had an order code.... I tried checking in again and received the same message so I called back to the store and ask to speak to a manager because I thought maybe they can help me and once again I was told by the first person that I talked to that they were the manager and again could not help me with anything over the phone to do with online even though I had an order code by this time I was completely frustrated and we go into order our food the lady that I spoke with on the phone continues to tell me that she can't help me and did not even give me time to explain that I was actually only trying to order my food inside finally I was able to order my food from the registers I still don't understand the process of the online ordering and what went wrong .... I get that times are tough right now with a pandemic going on and I'm sure they are very busy but it is no excuse whatsoever to be rude to a customer who is not being rude to you and are just simply asking questions and if you cannot answer those questions at least apologize for not knowing and point me in the right direction to find out...in my opinion the managers need to be better educated on issues with the online app and how to deal with customers in general everyone goes through hard times and bad days but when you clock in for work you should leave your...
   Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. I came in at 1:10pm on 11/14/21. Place my order at the self order station. My receipt said 1:13pm I spent $24.00 two fries, two drinks, order of nuggets and two sandwiches. Bt the time I got my order it was 1:35pm. So 21 minutes to get my order. When the girl gave me my order it was jammed into one bag. I told her just one bag for all that food she tossed another bag on the counter. I had to ask for the cups for my drinks at that time. I then asked for the manager to complain. The manager came over I tried to explain about how the order was bagged she had attitude I then said there was not reason to bag that much food in a smaller bag. She said they were busy. I explained for years I had worked at McDonald's in Myrtle Beach and normally I could run a store with five to six employee which is less then she had she told me they were shirt of help and if I wanted to I could come back and work there. Very poor management customer service skills. I took the food home to my family so we could eat lunch. The double quarter cheeseburger deluxe had no lettuce or tomatoes on it or the extra cheese. Had to back to the restaurant by the time I got the food the time was 2:03pm. They never apologized or offered to replace my fries all they did was remake the sandwich. So by the time I was able to eat my fries were ice cold, the other sandwich was cold, the nuggets ice cold. So that being said the Management at this store needs to be retrained or something cause they did not seem to running their shift but letting the shift rum them. The customer service was horrible. When I was running restaurant I would have at least offered to remake the sandwich given new fries so my customer could have hot food.    Read moreSlow drive thru. Gave our order. Verbally verified after I gave it. The employee then read it back to me. Got to window asked if the one with no pickles was marked she answered yes. I checked the sandwich at the window before I pulled away & it was marked on the outside wrapper. Get 25 minutes away, take the sandwich out & guess what... PICKLES!!!!!! My husband is allergic to them so it wasn't like we could just take them off & he'd be fine. He had nothing to eat except cold fries at this point. Something THIS BASIC gets screwed up consistently that's why we check before we drive away. I suppose it's my fault because I didn't take the sandwich completely out of the wrapper while holding the line up & check it. I took for granted that the employees that want $15/hr could at least read & follow directions. The employees at this store have failed to count us our change back the last few times we've paid with cash & I would think this should be common courtesy especially when we paid with a bill larger than a fifty. If not for YOUR accuracy then at least for the customer! So they just put my cash in my hand & I have to stand there & count it myself. when I worked with the public when I was in school we were trained to do that & at least say "thank you"! These employees don't even speak. There were about 12 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing AT ALL while the drive thru ways packed as well as a number of people waiting inside for their food.
