We have issues EVERY TIME we order from here! Normally we are very understanding, but this time the issues were with foretold management and the GM, named Jenna! They were EXTREMELY unprofessional! We ordered a pizza for delivery. The gentleman who placed the order did not realize that at the time. So, he canceled the entire pickup order, called us back, to let us know he didnât know how to reverse the charges to delivery. He created a new order for delivery, with that call instead. He told us the initial charges would be returned to the credit card used, within three days, if not to call for follow up on charges! We asked to have him send the cancellation receipt with the delivery order. (He forgot), but thank God for the delivery driver, who sent us a copy of each, via text, when she returned to the store! Days passed, no refund on card was made. My other half called to follow up about the charges. He said to be manager of the store, (African American female), told us she wasnât giving out free money, when we explained the issue. The GM, (we weâre told) ,Jenna, was in the background heard making smart comments. When we tried to explain the issue again, and we didnât want free money, ONLY what was due back to us, the manager of the store hung up the phone on us! I printed the copy of the receipts that were texted to us, so we could provide them in person; meanwhile Jenna called back in place of the store manager! She was nasty in her tone, and in disbelief about the money owed to us! She went to confirm with the delivery driver, who texted us the receipts, and was present when the initial error was made! The delivery driver confirmed our explanation! Then and ONLY then, Jenna came back to the phone with a change in tone, told us to bring the receipt to the store the next day, because she realized that the store owed us $30 plus change! My other half took the receipts, but when he arrived, Jenna was nasty about explaining and returning the money; although she did. He left the store, realized that heâd like to have her provide a hand receipt stating that she returned the money along with the amount. He went back and asked her accordingly. Jenna said something nasty, and in a nasty, harsh tone, to my disabled Veteran, (we both are), and it got him upset! (He had been calm the entire time). Jennaâs nastiness, and what she said and how, made him upset, and he cursed! Jenna proceeded to pull a âKarenâ, and gestured to the cameras, as if he was a danger to her! He walked out of the store to avoid additional confrontation from Jenna! What this storeâs management did was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and PROVOKING! No wonder the storeâs ratings are horrible, or should be! The employees can only be as good as the management! As a matter of fact, the employees should be running the store! With all of our past issues, we kept giving them a try, because of the politeness of the employees, but management and upper management need to be terminated if not trained to do better!    Read moreUpdate!! The last several months have been amazing experiences. We started coming back here after family members told us that the store had been revitalized by great food and service. The current squad is excellent and all the food is back to being great. In fact today the team lead or manager not sure which she is, called to tell me I wouldnât be able to get the wings I ordered because they were out leaving with just a pizza and bread sticks. She assisted me in altering my order that made things awesome and went over and beyond to leave me with an awesome experience. Her coworkers especially the girl at the cash register was super pleasant to speak with and definitely shows great wish I had gotten their names but if it helps corporate, I ordered at 5:39pm on 7/21/24. That way you guys can give these ladies a bonus or something. Thanks again!

When my delivery order arrived, I did not receive what I ordered. So I called To speak with someone, but nobody would answer. So I got out of the comfort of my own home to drive to Pizza Hut. When I arrived at 9:47, I spoke with Taneshia wilborn, and told her about my messed up order. She made faces at me while speaking with her.
