BEYOND terrible experience tonight! While asked to take my order( in drive thru) I politely asked for a minute to order, the Lady came on and told me to wait to take my order. I waited until she was ready and slowly AND clearly ordered (2 meals). I get my total and pulled around to the window where she once again gave me my total. Without questioning, (which YEAH, was my fault) paid her then realized when she gave me the receipt, she rung up an extra unnecessary meal. I tapped on the window to let her know I was rung up an extra meal when I only had asked for 2. She then started to ACT all weird and have an unnecessary tone of voice, that you could tell she was just being smart about everything at that point. Then proceed to yell out “ manager! Manager! I need a manager!” I told her that wasn’t necessary, that all I was asking was for my money back for that order. When the manager asked what I wanted (food or money) I asked for my money because I didn’t order the extra food and that normally I’m not the kind of person to complain NOR give any kind of attitude. Then the manager told me she had “heard” I had ordered 3 meals (when not true). I then told her that even the lady who took my order had repeated my order and that it wasn’t my fault she rung it up wrong AND STILL they said they heard otherwise.... I’m not quit sure what was wrong with the one “running” drive-thru, but her manager tonight, could have at least told her to drop the “attitude/the tone in her voice” alone for a little. I’ve worked fast food too before and there was no need for the way she handle the “situation”. Honestly, everything could have been ok if she hadn’t gotten all worked up about me asking for a refund on a meal. I’ve never had to write a bad review, but tonight’s customer service...
Read morePlaced a order which I know I placed correctly as I can't stand having to do stuff twice. Didn't feel I needed to check my food as it was a pretty simple and well announced to the lady in the drive through window. I live a little away and have to rush to keep the food warm. After arriving home the food was incorrect. So I head back to get the problem solved. Pulling back up to the drive through and again getting asked to wait (not very nicely). When she comes back I explain that my order is made incorrect. She asked what it was and I told her and she said " well I didn't hear you say that" and I explained I knew I very well said it correctly but she wanted to argue multiple times before she had got rude and asked me to pull around. When I got the window she snatches the bag and then walks a few feet and then comes back shoving the bag out the window explaining its correct when it obviously not. Saying she didn't hear me say that so I'm am pretty much out of luck and take the food. I had my fair share of words and she fixes it after wasting my time just to give in when I'm beyond mad that she is saying we are out of luck. Also have them fix the food with care more and it might not have made it worse. Telling a customer there...
Read moreLeft out half my order. Tried calling repeatedly. No answer. Went all the way back but the dining room is not open to the public and I couldn't get anyone working inside to notice me at the door knocking. I had already sat in line when I was previously there close to an hour and the line of cars had doubled. Not wanting to sit in the drive thru line with 10-15 cars I pulled around to where payment is made and the food handed to the customer. Every car, every person in the cars in line saw me attempting to gain the lady at the windows attention, but the lady working never seemed to see me although i had to look pretty silly trying to get her attention. I finally drive off thinking I could call again maybe one day someone would answer and I would one day receive my food or preferably a refund. Its been about 4 days and I still have not been able to reach anyone. $6 isn't the biggest amount to some folks I'm sure but that was part of two different peoples meals so it actually...
