This have been the absolute worst service I HAVE EVER HAD! I have gotten the run around the entire time they have had my phone. I dropped my phone off on Monday June 25th for a simple screen repair on my 4 month old IPHONE 6 that worked just fine before I dropped it off. The guy i dropped my phone off with said give him an hour. I gave him an hour came back and my phone wouldn't turn back on when he got it to the register! He tried several things there while I was waiting and nothing he tried worked, so he told me he would get brad to look at it at 3 when he came in and he would call me. I never received a call! So at 4:30 i stopped back by there to check because i hadnt received a call yet and brad said he had mine in line to work on and that he would call me when he figured something out. Never received a call. This went on for going on 5 days now! Every time I called they would tell me they didn't what was going on with my phone they would have to call brad and find out and that they would call me back. THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK ONCE AGAIN! Finally on wednesday after i had already spoke to them at least twice a day they told me they thought it was a heat coil that busted while they were replacing my screen and that they were ordering another one and it would be there thursday or friday at the latest and the they would see if that would fix it. Waited and Waited today to receive a call from them letting me know if it worked or not and i heard nothing.... i gave them until late afternoon to call me today and they didnt, so 2 oclock rolls around so i call them. They couldnt get in touch with brad so after staying on hold for 10 minutes they said they would "call me when brad called them back" at 5:30 I still had not heard a thing from them, so i called them back AGAIN!! Only to find out they broke my phone and I now have to buy a new one.... Lost all my pictures, all my videos, everything from the past few months that my family and I had done... And the guy told me he can guarantee that my phone would have messed up if anyone else had worked on my phone too... Im glad they tried their best to fix what they messed up, but the fact of the ZERO communication is absurd! How are they not liable when they mess up your personal property?!?! So tomorrow morning im going to pick up my basically brand new phone that i just dropped off for a screen repair and im having to buy new phone and spend lord knows how much because THEY messed it up! Brad you and your employees need to have better communication with your customers!! Your customers are your business and to be put off and put off the whole time your company had my phone...
Read moreUnreliable. I took my iPhone 7 there over five years ago, when I got it back I looked at the charging port and noticed that a screw was missing. So when my phone screen broke again, I decided that I would replace the screen myself. I opened the phone and noticed that several screws were missing. From that point on, I decided I would be replacing screens myself. Fast-forward to now; I bring my iPhone SE up there due to a failing Touch ID/home button after a screen replacement. They replaced the screen I put on, (which I had no problem with), but couldnât fix the Touch ID, so I had a them refund me roughly 40% for it, which equaled the price to about that of a replacement screen, which I thought was fair. However, when I looked at the bottom of the phone, guess what? A screw was missing. Luckily for them I noticed that after I had left. Never take your phone here if you care about it.
Edit: Just wow, I watched a teardown of the Nintendo Switch 2 recently and it got me thinking about the review I had left, so I came back to the post; after reading the response, out of sheer boredom, morbid curiosity, and maybe a little spite: I decided that, seven months later, (which ironically might be the longest Iâve had a screen last) I would just crack my phone open and see whatâs under the hood. So get this, after opening it, there isnât one, not even four, but an alarming SIX SCREWS missing from the inside of my phone. No they donât âfalloutâ or even fall out over time, you just lost them and decided âFâ- itâ and just put the phone back together. Fast service? What a joke. I would recommend hiring me so I can bring reliable and honest service to the customers who do rightfully deserve it, the model you should follow as opposed to timelines, but I donât want to work for you, nor should anyone ever.
Final edit: I decided that I would, and should, take the phone apart again, borrow a phone, and document this to share it with you all. So as you can see in the following photo, six screws are missing from the interior, in addition to that, there was the one I mentioned earlier, totaling 7. So now due to the hysterically lucky coincidence of bringing my original iPhone 7 up there, it being 7 months later, and 7 screws being missing: I think I should go buy a lottery ticket.
I also decided that Iâd give you an extra star for the, albeit only 40%, refund âcause Iâm not completely heartless.
Youâd think at a place called âCell Phone Repairâ they would actually repair your cellular phone instead of repeatedly tearing it apart, half-aâ-ing putting a screen on, and sloppily putting it...
Read moreWe took my daughterâs iPad for screen repair the end of December after the screen was broken the day after she had gotten it for Christmas. She was crushed as this was a big item she had received for Christmas. I was told I would get a call once repair was complete. A couple of weeks later (still havenât heard anything), I called and was told it was ready. We picked it up around 6:50 PM prior to the office closing. We got about 5 miles down the road and the button fell into the iPad. I called on Monday and was told to bring it back in. I spoke with the Owner (Brad) who stated this happens at times when replacing the button separate from the screen. He said he would try this way once more and if this didnât work, he would order screen with attached button combo. The same day we picked up, button broke again. I was told to bring back. He said he would order the one with button already attached. He ask if my daughter used fingerprint. I said, not often but we want this option just Incase we ever sell the item in future. She is not the only one that uses. When there is $ available in her iTunes, we turn option on to prevent her from making unnecessary purchases. This should be obvious as it increases the value. We purchased originally with this option for a reason. Original repair order was to restore to original. Brad called to let me know it was ready for pick up. I inquired about fingerprint option to ensure it was restored to original. He stated he didnât order what he had installed with this option. I advised I wanted it fixed back to original with fingerprint options as I had paid for this. He attempted to talk me out of it. I explained logic as to why and he stated he would have to order part and I would be told when it was ready for pick up. We are now into February and I went to pick up this past Monday. New screen did not have fingerprint capabilities even though Brad and I had discussed this ending in him ensuring this would be done. I left it and advised Brad had ensured this would be fixed back to original. I was told he would be back on Thursday and he would call. I ask that he call me before then. Itâs Saturday, still no correspondence from him, and still no iPad. Each time we picked up, my daughter would start playing and it would break. She has cried so much over this but no one seems to even care about this aspect of the many repairs. My husband and I have called and no one will answer when we call. I plan to write to BBB today. I will be going to the Occupational licensing office on Monday if this is not...
