Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Rome

I had messed my tire up so badly this morning by hitting a curb (no fault of Chick-fil-A whatsoever - I just can't drive) and I could not drive to work with it that way. The manager, Brad, and his team went above and beyond for me and changed my tire in the parking lot so that I could get to work. While they were doing that, the staff brought my food out to me as well and made sure I did not need any extra assistance. I genuinely believe Chick Fil A workers, at this location in particular, are God's gift to Earth. They are AMAZING people who not only make it a priority to take care of their customers in a warm, welcoming, and accommodating way, but they also go above and beyond for people, even in situations that do not necessarily pertain to their job descriptions. This is something they were not obligated to do by any means, which truly shows how much they care for their customers and how they are genuine, kind-hearted people. I have never had anything close to this level of exceptional customer service and I just can not thank Truett's Chick-fil-A staff enough for being my superheroes of the day. I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone who wants delicious food, exceptional customer service, and just an all around wonderful experience. I went thru drive thru. Ordered number 1 with ketchup and honey, 2 Bowls of chicken tortillas soup with extra tortilla strips, parfait and frosted lemonade. I had 3 ketchups and 2 packets of strips. So I asked for more strips and was given 2 more… totaling 4 for 2 bowls of soup. So I went back thru the drive thru and bought another Bowl of soup. I got specific and asked for 10 packets of strips (as I would now 3 BOWLS of soup) and 3 packets of Honey (that I like with fries and NEVER received). I STILL RECEIVED ZERO HONEY PACKETS AND THEN WAS ONLY GIVEN 6 PACKETS OF STRIPS TO MAKE A TOTAL OF 10 if you added the 4 I reluctantly received round one. When I asked for the strips, they even matched, “you want a soup and a lot of strips, pull around.” I got in drive thru at 912pm. My first order completed at 935pm. I got right back in drive thru and my second order completed at 952pm. This was the worst chick fil an experience I have ever had. It was obstinate and stubborn service that just blatantly refused to respect my wishes. I would pay for the condiments if that’s the issue but I want the flavor and texture I’m seeking especially when I’m paying $50 for my order. I have never completed a rating like this but I’m so disappointed and disgusted with how I was treated over something seemingly so small, but large enough to me that I went back thru and actually purchased more food in order to receive condiments for my food… and still did NOT get what...
