Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Romeoville

I've ordered from this particular Domino's, several times, pretty much once a week. Today, I had a pizza deliverd and it was AWFUL, when I called with my concern, I was told that they were unable to make new pizzas for me, and they did not provide a resolution. Instead the young lady on the phone hung up on me. But it gets better, they obviously have caller ID because when I called back they did not answer. Out of curiosity I decided to see how long it would take for them to take me off of hold, I am writing this review while on hold , and its been 30 minutes, yep 30 minutes! I took a screenshot because who would believe that, I am actually shocked, but corporate needs to know how awful the "customer service" is at the Romeoville location. What an awesome way to treat (a once ) loyal customer. On Monday I am going to email and call tcorporate on this unprofessional store, and the horrible treatment that I received. There is absolutely no way that they are aware of the unprofessional ( and rude) people that are employed there. I will never patronize this particular Domino's and I advise you don't either if you don't either.Also according to the Domino's website , the "delivery insurance" that guarantees a replacement pizza or a credit. The young lady on the phone told me that they DO NOT replace pizza when this information is clearly on the website. Not one to write a bad review but the experience I had yesterday needs to be known to hopefully provide better service in the future. When my pizza order was dropped off they stated they rang the doorbell which was not true, no knock nor a phone call. They state right when you call that "the delivery driver waits to insure itll be collected." Called them stating the pizza was on the ground for who knows how long in the heat because no one informed us that the pizza was outside. IT WAS COVERED IN ANTS BY NOW. Mistakes happen so I was not upset... the worst part is when calling to let them know what happened the lady responded "well what do you want us to do about it?" in an ignorant tone. The next pizza that was delivered was soggy to make things worse. Never again. Hope the girls get more...

It is time I finally say my opinion on this location in Romeoville. There is a new manager lady working there for at least few months, and since than there is rarely good service and pizza. The estimated time turn from 20-25 minutes into 45-50 quite often. Pizza is rarely prepared right. And that lady has an attitude. Today I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas (as I always do) and they looked very dry as I was watching them coming from the oven. I said they looked dry, they must have forgotten to add the sauce. The lady said I will have to wait another 30 minutes to remake the pizza. I took the pizzas cause I am not waiting another 30 minutes, and, at home I confirmed, it did not have the sauce and along with over done thin crust it was super dry, gum hurting dry. It is indeed time...
