The opening statement is from Dunkin Donuts home web page, but year-round is not the case. I was at this store location at 5:15 pm to purchase two ice teas. An employee informed me that they do not have regular ice tea, after I placed my order, and that the employees were not allowed to make more regular ice tea because it would not sell. The employee informed me that they had already brewed two batches today. The .99 Ice beverage sale is from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. The store is open until 10:00 pm. I will have believe based on the information I was given that the store would not sell enough regular ice tea between 5:15 pm and 10:00 pm to make it profitable to brew another batch. This is the first Dunkin Donuts site that has ever told me that policy, all other sites inform me that they will have to brew more ice tea and that it will take some time, I always wait and they always make the ice tea. I have never had an issue with this site before...

Very disappointed. I get that Saturday night is not the best shift, and last minute customers are underwhelming to the employees, but posted hours are just that. I arrived at 6 minutes to 10p, sat at a fully lit and unresponsive drive through for a minute, pulled up to the window and caught the attention of an employee. The young lady informed me they were closed. I replied that it was not 10p yet, to which she answered, the Open signs are turned off. This even, was not true, one sign was but a smaller fully lit sign beckoned 'open'... I took pics, which will be sent in to DD. They had the store in full end of day mode. All i wanted was a simple iced coffee - I would have taken whatever was available. But customer service was not on their mind as they laughed with each other about my expecting service during posted hours. Even a different attitude or explanation could have prevented the review and corporate complaint. I don't think i have ever bothered to leave a long unfavorable review before... hopefully I won't feel compelled to again. I will get my coffee closer to home at an always friendly...

All of my orders have always been correct both inside and at the drive thru, so I'd give them 5 stars for that. However the service is extremely slow. The last time I went the drive thru line was almost wrapped around the building, so I went inside to order a coffee. After I placed my order and paid, I had to wait over 10 minutes just for a large coffee. The line of customers waiting to get their coffee was backing up into the dining area as well as holding up the line for customers waiting to place their orders. I will admit it was a Saturday morning, but it was almost 11am when I arrived. I'd expect long lines during their peak hours earlier in the morning, but by 11am I didn't expect it to take me nearly 20 mins from the time I entered just to grab a...
