This location used to be los 3 Martinez, from what I understand from talking to the staff the cook didn’t change so the quality of food is still good. Unsure how true this is. However, it cannot be overlooked that the service is absolutely horrendous. Not just bad for a new restaurant, but bad service as if this is their first ever job. We waited about 5-10 minutes after being seated to have a waiter check in with us. When ordering the waiter told me they didn’t have a specific product, but didn’t seem to truly understand what the product entailed. (Breaded steak; a common product in many Mexican restaurants). When asking if they had the product instead of responding yes or no the waiter responded whatever is on the menu is all we have; which is fine. However, the waiter proceeded to leave and come back stating he was wrong they actually do have the product. Yet, when I then ordered the product I still received the wrong meat. This is just one example of many that demonstrates the poor service. I have visited since the restaurant opened 2 times and both times were not very different. I would highly recommend if you are going to try the food get it to get and be prepared to check your food before you leave because it will VERY likely be wrong. The previous comments stating people got up and left aren’t outrageous to believe after my experience as I considered it myself. I wouldn’t recommending visiting for a few months until service improves. I do not blame the servers, despite their many errors they were sincerely apologetic. This experience falls on management for not properly preparing and training their staff. Such a shame Los 3 Martinez was...
Read moreFood was very good. The servers need another 8 months to learn how to do their job. We waited almost 20 minutes for someone to just take our drink order while two other tables that came after us had their orders taken and had their food delivered. Another table got up and left without being served. They are new so I will give them another try because the food...
Read moreI’ve ordered take out and have eaten here several times, and I will say the food is always consistent. Good restaurant to satisfy your Mexican cuisine cravings. It’s usually pretty slow inside but the food is above average and I do recommend it if you’re in the Romeoville area. Prices are pretty fair for the portion sizes and you’ll definitely be full once...
