I just left this restaurant. I had a good experience with the staff the food had great taste. I had the quesabirria. I had to add an order of broth. The only reason I gave it four stars is that there was not enough Broth with the order. I wouldn't mind paying a little more for a larger portion of Broth. Other than that, I had no complains.

I have been to this location many times never had any issues with anything. Unfortunately this last time was not great with the customer service. The new server was not good at all. Her demeanor was not great at all. Seemed like she did not want to be there. Had to go thru the busboy just to get her attention. Just as a suggestion updated your menu, the price on the bill didn't reflect the prices on the menu.

I wanted to like this place so badly. This review isn’t to trash them, I’m just being honest. From the start the water (yes, the water) had a really weird taste to it and my glass was a little dirty on the outside. The chips seemed a little stale. I will say, the salsa was decent a solid 7 out of 10. The nachos americanos were problematic. The chips, still stale, the meat wasn’t really seasoned and the cheese…..it had to be liquified Cheese whiz, I swear. It was intolerable. The quesabirria instantly made my stomach churn. The grease was pooled all over the plate. I get it, the shells are fried but, all you taste when you bite into it is the oil. The meat wasn’t seasoned either. I ate one and had to just call it quits there. Between the questionable cheese, not being able to drink my water to wash it down and eating straight oil I spent the remainder of my night popping tums, curled in a ball and miserable. My server was Alejandra who made this experience here very awful. It's like she premeditated to forget to bring everything we asked for. We asked for straws two times as she walked passed us to serve other tables, she never brought the food to the table after taking our order or came to check how the food temperature/taste was after it was brought to the table, she never came to refill our waters after walking past our table multiple times with our cups sitting at the edge of the table for her to see. The food was very mediocre and not worth the high price. The rice was flavorless and beans seem like they came out of a can. I asked for the Tampiquena dinner to be cooked medium rare, and it came out too well done. I would recommend saving the hassle coming here and cook a healthy...
