Well, well, well, if it isn't Rosati's Pizza in Romeoville, IL, stepping up to the plate (or should I say, the pizza box) with a performance that's nothing short of a culinary slam dunk! Picture this: a late night, a bunch of co-workers hunched over keyboards, and the universal solution to all problems - pizza. Enter Rosati's, not with a whisper but with a bang, via a piping hot box of cheesy goodness. First off, let's talk logistics. Sure, they've got the charm of a park bench outside for those who fancy eating in the great outdoors (or waiting for their pies), but let's get real - we're here for the pizza, not the al fresco dining experience. And boy, did they deliver on that front, even if it was just a 'pickup' operation. The pizza was oven-hot, ready to go, and handed over with the kind of efficiency that says, "We've got this." Now, the star of the show - the pizza itself. The Stuffed Heavyweight? It's like a culinary hug, wrapping you up in layers of satisfaction. Everyone at the office was transformed into instant pizza critics, and the consensus? Delicious. It's not just pizza; it's an experience, a moment of pure joy amidst the chaos of work. A minor hiccup? They forgot some sauces and parm packets. But here's the thing - when the pizza's that good, you don't mind digging up some office ketchup or whatever condiments have been lingering in the break room fridge since 2019. It's all about perspective, right? Value for money? Absolutely. For what you pay, you get more than just a meal; you get the office hero status for the night. And trust me, in the corporate jungle, that's priceless. Would I order again? Without a doubt. Rosati's, you've got a fan in me. Keep the ovens hot because I'll be back for more of that stuffed goodness. The Verdict: Great stuff, indeed! If pizzas could score goals, this one would be a hat trick. Bravo, Rosati's, bravo! 🍕🏆

Pizza was 3 stars. Taste-wise, wasn't to our liking. We only ordered here instead of our usual place bc we had a coupon. Delivery/ handling was a 0. First off, he didn't wear a mask at all during the whole delivery. Refer to the pic but it looked like the delivery guy tilted the pizza. Parts of it were folding into each other and some slices were underneath each other. He also forgot our drink. He said he would be right back, never came back. We called the place and they tried to give us a credit for the drink but the coupon was for a free drink, we wanted the drink (bc we don't plan on ordering from this location again). Then they stated they can deliver it when the guy comes back in 30 minutes... We wanted to enjoy the pizza with the drink, why do we need to wait for the mistake of the place for something that should have been delivered at the same time? Someone else came to drop the 2 liter off. Thank you, Rachel, for being so helpful, but we're going to stick to our usual place down the street from now on.

This is my usual Rosati’s. And normally I would have given them a 5 stars however I just had the worst experience with this location. The way that the food was packaged was completely unacceptable. The entire bottom of the bag was soak in oil, my pasta fell out of its packaging, every other box in the bag was also soaked in oil. I called the store after I received my food because of how it was packaged (and it’s not exactly cheap). The manager blamed the driver that delivered my food stating, “we tell everyone how to handle the package”; if that’s the case then why has my boyfriend, my friend, or myself never been told how to handle the food when we have picked up the food? The manager did nothing but made excuses and wouldn’t take accountability for the way the food was packaged. This location is so convenient and the food is good, sadly this location has lost our business because of their manager.

My family has been ordering from this location for many years; every other week, usually. We used to love the food and pricing. Pricing has gone up (as has cost of everything everywhere) but quality and consistency seems to change. Our order tonight was things we normally have ordered in the past; cheef beef sandwich, medium half pepperoni half tomato pizza, grilled chicken sandwich, fries with dipping cheese, and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was the best I've seen them do in awhile; so kudos for that. The sandwiches however seemed much smaller the last two times we ordered compared to past orders (but the pricing was still $10 each), the fries were under cooked, the cheddar dipping cheese seems to be kept in a fridge or freezer, and I feel like they are using different mozzarella sticks. I'm wondering if there is new ownership or their food vendors have changed. We may not continue being customers if this is the quality of items we're going to receive from...
