I work in romeoville, and show up to work 45 mins early everyday. Today I stopped by Wendy’s and on my way there I MADE A MOBILE ORDER. Mind you I showed up right before the rush cause there was a loop of cars in back of me @ 5:22pm. And only 2 cars in front of me when I pulled up. The drive thru workers (there was 2 people) only took one cars order, pulls them to the front takes like 10-15 for them to get their food and pull off. By the time I made it to the front it was 5:37pm, I went straight up to the window since they were taking longer than expected, and explained to them I had a mobile order, and then I came straight to the window cause no one was answering the drive thru when I told him hi I have a mobile order. THEY TRIED TO SEND ME ALL THE WAY AROUND AND SAYING SINCE I DIDNT WAIT FOR THEM TO TELL ME TO PROCEED TO THE WINDOW! Then instead of them making me go all the way around, they told me to park in the very front of the store and they would bring it out. I HAD TO WAIT FOR 3 MORE CARS to get there food and it’s already 5:55pm I proceeded to walk out my car and into the Wendy when they barely gave me my order. I’m not one to make reviews but ITS SUPPOSE TO BE FAST FOOD NO? and me making a mobile order is suppose to make it faster and more convenient for ME AND THE STORE?! Read moreSo I have lived in Roemoville for a while and the service at this location was terrible. Went to this location this evening (12/23) and ordered a 10 piece. We pulled up to the first window and no one was there. So we moved past it. Then Samuel came to the window and we backed up. He stuck his hand out, did not confirm the order or say anything to us. We received change and no receipt. Then at the next window, Jayden hands us food. We said what is this because we did not receive a receipt or order confirmation. He looked at us like we were insulting him, and he said this is your 10 piece. We again said well we did not receive a receipt. He said well it doesn't print back there. The point being that if we hadn't asked we wouldn't have received it. Jayden didn't seem to care. So when we called the store, Joseph (manager) answered and we asked for corporate number. Read moreCame to the drive thru a few nights ago they messed up my complete order and then didn’t give me part of it and i was told that I’d have to wait in the line (that was wrapped around the building) for the rest of my meal. I’ve been trying to get in contact with the store for days and no one is answering. I ordered 4 jbc 2 crispy chicken sandwiches with tomato and cheese, 3 large fries, 3 of the 4 piece nuggets, two were regular one was spicy and 3 large drinks. I received 3 jbc, both chicken sandwiches were missing the lettuce (which comes on it ), all the fries were cold, i had no spicy nuggets all regular, they downsized one of my drink even though i paid for a large, and then told me i had to wait 30 minutes for the rest of my order which was just a jbc.
