Burger King — Restaurant in Romulus

You would think Google would find a way to add new reviews but that's them.

Just came from Burger King and the food was hot and the staff was wonderful. There is this one person named Elijah a new trainee I met him about 2 weeks back oh, now it seems he's running the drive-thru. Well done. Not sure who were on the speaker, but the person did not say Hi... May I help you.. or anything similar.. just, What Can I Get for You.

This should be addressed as people should be treated with the utmost respect. I do not believe this was Elijah in this case because the voice was different. Beyond this moment right here everything else was well executed even in line of five vehicles. I would say two thumbs up but whoever is on the speaker needs to greet people better. Good staff and food is warm. They seem not to give you the receipt. Not sure why but want the free food after filling out the survey. ...

I went this am for breakfast before work get to drive thru it's a another car he ordering he just pull off. I get there the automated message said something it's after 7 it's 7:20 they don't say anything it's five to ten min later I pull to window to order see someone there they don't come to window . They keep walking. Then I go to next window noone there I then call it keep ringing then next call it's busy. So therefore people in there they was purposely ignoring me as a customer I left won't return also calling corporate . U don't do custom jers that way who spend money at u're establishment very very rude also I went a previous time got a bacon cheese whopper extra veggies it just had bacon meat mayo cheese on it. And it took a while for lady to order takeand collect money .just terrible service I'm spending my money elsewhere . Don't waste u're time or money going here. !!! Very disappointed and...

Every time I come here the wait in line is at least 20 min. with only about 3 to 4 cars in line. Today I asked for whopper combo. I was never asked if I wanted cheese. Luckily I remembered before pulling away from the speaker and asked for cheese. I ordered it large with pink lemonade. I looked in my bag and my fry box was half empty. The young man gave me more fries. Cool. When I got home (5 min away) my food was cold. Pink lemonade tasted like lemon water, whopper had no cheese. The young lady at the window wasn't knowledgeable about the products on the menu, and her attitude wasn't that pleasant at all. Who owns this place??? Give it to me and let me show you how a fast-food restaurant is suppose to be ran. We don't have much to choose from in this area as it is, the least you could do is show the community how thankful you are for our business and give us something to come back...
